I have been looking for work for the past month or so now, but I'm not having any luck. I have filled out dozens of job applications both in person and online. I have not even been offered one interview yet and I'm sure it is because of my recent run in with the law.

In April I was arrested for possession of drugs and in September I plead guilty to those charges and accepted my punishment so that I could get on with my life. My punishment is that I am serving on probation for 30 months with required monthly and random drug testing. Being on probation now I am also required to maintain a full time, on the books job.

I do not want to violate my probation because I have not been able to find work even though I have been looking, so I am posting here and hoping for some kind of miracle. I am drug free now for 6 months and this is the only time I have ever been convicted of any crimes in my 34 years of life. I have no intention of returning to that lifestyle ever again. I just want to be a productive member of society and move on with my life in a positive way.
