We prefer to rent to non-pet owners, and non-smokers. References for prior housing and employment will be checked, as well as a credit check, as well as personal references. The security deposit is two months rent, and the utilities will probably run between $300.00 - $400.00. It would take probably 20-25 minutes or so to get into town. You could also drive into town in about 30 minutes. It is adjacent to Glenside, Ardsley, Dresher, and near Jenkintown and Willow Grove. The home is in the Abington School District, which enjoys an excellent reputation. Bus pick-up for the Copper Beech Elementary School is down at the end of the street, within view of our home. Bus pick up for junior and senior high is 2-3 blocks away. Queen of Peace Parochial School is within a mile or so, and I believe that there is a bus pick up for this school also, and this is down the next block I believe. <br> <br> The home is within 35 minutes of King of Prussia, Langhorne, and Bryn Mawr, and Villanova, and is two hours from Ocean City, New Jersey. <br> <br> <br> ]]>
