There is a wonderful and friendly neighborhood grocery store a block away, which sells great meats, and lunch meats, and all of the groceries you will need for the week, or at the last minute to cook dinner ("Joe's Market").

The house is also within three walking blocks of a Seven-Eleven, and the local fire house, and eight blocks of a CVS, and a two-minute drive to a local supermarket, and eight minutes of the Willow Grove Mall, and Abington Memorial Hospital and Abington Library (both of which are excellent).

Our house is in the North Hills area of Abington Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania 19038, and is a single detached home. as are the other homes on the block, in a residential zone. It would take probably 20-25 minutes or so to get into town. You could also drive into town in about 30 minutes. It is adjacent to Glenside, Ardsley, Dresher, and near Jenkintown and Willow Grove. The home is in the Abington School District, which enjoys an excellent reputation. Bus pick-up for the Copper Beech Elementary School is down at the end of the street, within view of our home. Bus pick up for junior and senior high is 2-3 blocks away. Queen of Peace Parochial School is within a mile or so, and I believe that there is a bus pick up for this school also, and this is down the next block I believe.
