What we are looking for is a 4-5 bed 3 bath home. Sq footage is nego but we own 3 king sized bedroom suites so the bedrooms need to be fairly large. We would love a pool and grass in the backyard. We do not own appliances as we are looking to reloacte out of state in 2 years so they would need to be included. We have a three year old daughter and my in-laws living with us which is why we are looking for the 4 bedrooms. We also have a small family dog but he is hypoallergenic and completly house trained. We are non smokers. My husband works for the City of Surprise and I am a social worker for a nonprofit. We have good job history and strong community ties as well as great rental history.
