This is a legitimate job for a person with sales skills. <br> <br> We are a local advertising agency launching a major oversized-insert (OSI) campaign in several markets in Arizona and are looking for top sellers to fill the open spots with advertisers within a geographic area. <br> <br> This piece is competitively priced and will be easy to sell to current advertisers in publications like the envelopes full of ads that come in mailboxes (like Money Mailer or Super Coups or ValPak) that sell for $300+ per 10,000 homes for 1 week and has dozens of advertisers included. <br> <br> Our piece is an over-sized insert (OSI) that will have 7 advertisers displayed on it (front or back) in FULL COLOR. This piece will have combined distribution through local newspapers and mailbox delivery in an open mailer (not an envelope that needs to be opened in order to be seen). It will be distributed to 25,000 households for 5 weeks (20K per week for 5 weeks). So, advertisers will have multiple exposure to these 25,000 households for considerably less than what they are used to paying for 10,000 households. <br> <br> Advertisers must commit to all 5 weeks and the ad must stay the same through the campaign. When the campaign is done, you will have the opportunity to sell them to the next campaign. Unlike most agencies who only compensate on the original acquisition of a customer, we believe in compensating sales people for retaining customers as well. <br> <br> The cost to each advertiser is $210 per week, which is $1,050 total. This cost includes printing and distribution costs (even postage for the mailbox delivery portion) for all 100K pieces. <br> <br> Your compensation is based on your efforts, so top sellers will do very well. You will be given a geographic area to 'farm' and fill 7 spots at a time. When you fill all 7 spots, you will make 20%, which equates to roughly $1,470. If you fill some of the spots, but not all 7 before deadline, you will be compensated a flat rate of $50 per advertiser that you did fill, but not a percentage of the advertising piece. So, clearly, it pays to fill all of the spots. <br> <br> Once you have completed one OSI, you can continue within your geographic area on a second OSI or request another geographic area to start farming. We have different OSIs starting every week, so you have the potential to make $1,470 each week. When you have the advertisers repeat their campaign, you would make money on that as well. How many OSIs could you fill and renew in one week? Even if you had just 1 OSI repeat, then added 1 new OSI in a week, you would be taking home almost $3,000 in one week! The amount of money to be made is completely up to you, but not limited. <br> <br> It is not a requirement that you live in Arizona, however, you will need the knowledge of the geographic area you are given and be able to identify and contact advertisers within that area. Sales people that live in the Greater Phoenix area may have better results. <br> <br> For clarification, a 'filled' spot is considered as an advertiser who has committed to the advertising campaign, signed an agreement and has submitted payment for the complete campaign prior to the deadline. 7 spots make up a completed OSI.
