- In depth cleanup - complete, precise removal of animal waste and bedding from cages and enclosures, thorough and deep continual disinfecting of entire store, enclosures, and supplies.

- Properly feeding and watering animals

- Expected to gain detailed knowledge base of animals in order to make Informed Sales

That is where loyalty, knowledge, and trustworthiness come into play. After a training period you are given the opportunity to earn commission on certain animal sales. Bonuses are also given for hard work and a job well done.
