Incumbent is accountable for the overall, growth, development and success of the Pittsburgh Metropolitan market.<br><br>KEY AREAS:<br>* Team building and management: on-site management of&nbsp;7 field staff.<br>* Sales: generating and directing the generation of revenue through participation in special events, sponsorships, corporate sponsorships, foundation giving and building individual donor relationships.<br>* Recruitment: soliciting corporations for financial support and volunteer leadership to serve on project committees and the local leadership boards.<br>* Leadership: demonstrated in the area of staff and volunteer leadership. <br><br>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>- Develops income, volunteer and program development strategic objectives for the area.<br>- Manages activities to raise the annual fund raising goal.<br>- Develops and manages the Area income and expense budget.<br>- Recruits and builds relationships with key business and medical leaders as volunteers throughout area for fund raising projects, programs, and Association leadership.<br>- Manages the implementation of designated community-based programs and fundraising activities.<br>- Supervises and coaches staff to meet fundraising, programming and volunteer development objectives.<br>- Reviews and analyzes financial and demographic data to project financial results and develop future business plans. <br><br>This position reports to the Northeast Division Vice President and is based in our Pittsburgh, PA office.
