They're somewhat inspired by crossfit (check out www.crossfit.com to see what I'm talking about) but focusing on the more general metabolic conditioning stuff and full body movements and less on the heavy squats or deads. Usually, it's a mix med ball thrusters, burpees, pullups, pushups, running, sprints, lunges, situps, etc. done at high intensity without much rest. It will definitely make you sore but will get you in shape and improve athletics. Plus there's no paying for a gym membership. I'd like to get some more people in on it to make it more fun. <![CDATA[Ive tried posting this in the discussion forum but it doesnt show up, just says ive done that a lot and i need to take a break! WHAT? Anyway I hope this dont get flagged. I have a dog, had her since she was five weeks old and shes had this problem since then. She is s a boxer/lab mix, over a year old now. No ear mites ect..., I use advatage and advantix on her but I am holding off her next dose till i get to the bottom of this. Shes been to the vet three times for scratching her ears and face, pits and loses hair around her eyes espcially but also everywhere else, but you can see skin around her eyes a bit. The vet put on prednisone and antibiotics twice. After the meds are gone the scratching comes back in a few weeks. The vet said try benadryl next time well i am and it dont help much. He put her on lamb and rice meal, and she gets lamb and rice bones thats it! So what else can this be? Im about to go spend more money at the vet, anyone know anything about this? Thanks]]>

I may consider travelling to your barn if it's within a reasonable distance (within Clackamas County) Prices: $500/month at my barn, includes full-care board (stalls cleaned daily, Eastern Oregon hay fed 2x daily, you provide any additional grain/supplements) and (minimum) 5 sessions a week. It's a very relaxing and peaceful environment! OR Starting at $300/month at your barn, but I require a safe, enclosed arena (indoor or fenced with all-weather footing) to work the horse in, and the horse needs to be either stalled/confined or easy to catch. After the first 3 or 4 days working with the horse, I like to meet with the owners to discuss what the training goals are, and in what amount of time I think I can accomplish them. In order to ensure your horse is started well with all of the basics they need, I do not break unstarted horses out in less than 60 days. Rates: My Rates are a flat rate of $30 a day for toddler,(2-5) and $35 for infant.(0-2) Drop in care is a flat $20 a day if opening is available up to 4 ½ hours. If you look around at care rates, this is super reasonable for the quality care provided! I also have a lot of medical background. (see below) I am sure your child is probably healthy but isn’t it nice to have your children in care with someone with medical background in case of emergency or unexpected special needs? I take pride in my training and extensive hands on experience. I also have no problem teaching parents new things if they ask. I feel we are all on a TEAM to take care of the child in care. I have 18 years experience with Children and with Special Needs. I have extensive training, education, and hands on experience with Epilepsy, cerebral palsy, asbergers syndrome and other autism behaviors, RP(eye loss) Shunts, feeding tubes, eating issues, medications, cognitive and sensory issues, physical therapy, behavioral problems and more. I was also taught a lot from Dr. Mark Ruggiero who was a leading Dr. and Professor who specialized in Autism. I worked for four summers with Special needs children at Camp Easter Seal of Oregon. I was a volunteer for two years working with kids at Head Start. I have been a licensed childcare provider in Oregon and Washington with no complaints and was referred to as Top Quality Care. I was also an employee for the School District working with special needs students with multiple medical and behavioral issues. I owned and operated a successful Adult foster care and Children’s Foster Care. I have extensive training with medication management and multiple medical treatments.
