<![CDATA[This is a wonderful item for Therapeutic riding programs and beginning Vaulting. The Pad is made of 3/8 Black Syn-Felt topped with split grain leather in black. It is a 3/4" Closed Cell neoprene insert on each side of the spine distributing weight along the horse's back while keeping pressure off the spine. The balance of the pad is less than 1/2" thick which allows for close contact between horse and rider. The split leather top gives extra hold to your seat and the pad features a pair of nonslip neoprene brakes on the bottom side. It has multi-locking hook and loop fastening system which holds the pad securely to the surcingle. The vaulting surcingle is completely lined with 1/4" American made neoprene that has UV and ozone protection to prevent deterioration. <![CDATA[I'm offering a renewed quantity of 14 open-top, plastic drums of 15-gallon capacity. These have a convenient screw-on cover-lid. The color is dark-green ("Hunter green"), as depicted in the color-sample below. I have included another graphic to depict the 15-gallon size, as compared to a large 55-gallon barrel. The third graphic indicates a similar drum with a blue coloration. (However, my drums do not have plastic swivel-handles.) The entire, wide lid screws on-and-off. The lid is 15" diameter. The drum itself is 22" tall. There are no 2" bung-caps embedded within the solid, black-plastic lid. The prior contents were a food-additive. I have rinsed with hot water. The original labels are still affixed to each drum. I am seeking $18 apiece. When these are gone, I doubt if there will be more available until mid-December. Therefore, there are no quantity-discounts. First-come, first-serve! The plastic lid has a rubber-gasket underneath. This is a convenient, screw-on lid -- so that no clamp-on retaining-ring is needed. These little barrels would be useful to those who collect used cooking-oil from small restaurants -- to later process into biodiesel. You could leave these drums at the restaurants, until they're filled. (The used veggie-oil should be not be scalding-hot when pouring into the plastic drum.) Others might want these barrels to store emergency supplies. Gardeners might also appreciate these open-top drums for storage or for plantings. Convenient storage for camping-trips, too. <![CDATA[I have a quantity of nine 275-gallon, plastic "tote" tanks -- at $175 apiece. These are popular for processing of biodiesel. I've also provided these to craigslist-customers for irrigation-water for commercial plant-nurseries. For many of these totes, the prior contents were simply vegetable-oil, which has been thoroughly rinsed-out. Even if you are an ordinary homeowner, these can function as large reservoirs for collecting rainwater from your downspout -- providing plenty of water for your gardening. I can deliver at modest additional cost, as well. I am storing this tank near SE 17th and Holgate. I am available (by appointment) weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Here are the specifications (See the 3 illustrations below): Manufacturer: Schutz Corporation. 1/8"-thick white, high-density polyethylene. Plastic is translucent -- enabling a quick, external view of the liquid-level. Formal "graduation-marks" allow incremental measurement of the liquid-level Maximum volume: 275 gallons / 1040 liters Protective cage was engineered to reduce bulging and accidental bumping-damage (with rods of tubular, galvanized steel) Dimensions of steel, protective-cage: 40" wide x 48" deep x 46" total height. Galvanized-steel, "4-way pallet" base: 40" wide (below drain-outlet) x 48" deep. Main filling-port: 6"-dia., plastic screw-cap upon the top of the tank. Smaller filling-port: 2"-diameter, white-plastic "bung-cap" within the 6”-dia. screw-cap. Drain-outlet: 2"-diameter, plastic ball-valve with a lever-handle. I have leak-tested the discharge-valve and tank-bottom with standing-water during my cleaning-procedure; I can assert that there is no leakage whatsoever. The discharge-valve assembly has threads for screwing-on a "fail-safe" end-cap. Those fine threads (2"-diameter)on the outside of the discharge-valve assembly can also be inexpensively fitted with a galvanized-steel "bell-reducer" (pictured below)and a 3/4"brass-fitting to attach to your garden-hose. To repeat: I have already leak-tested the discharge-valve and bottom of each tank -- as I have personally filled with a 6"-height of water for a thorough cleansing-procedure. As a result,I know already that there will be no dribbles. Gravity-feed extension : the threaded outlet allows adding longer plastic-pipe. For$8.50 at Home Depot (or from many hardware/plumbing stores), you can purchase a threaded "bell-reducer" (illustrated by the photo below) and a 3/4" brass adapter (for $3.50 more) to receive a garden-hose. The empty-weight is just 140 pounds, so that two persons can easily lift the tank into a pick-up truck or Ford Econoline van.]]>
