Since I compete in all of these, I know what riders want from their mounts. I have been riding for almost 20 years and have been training casually (for friends or for personal resale projects) for the last 10 years. I may consider travelling to your barn if it's within a reasonable distance (within Clackamas County) Prices: $500/month at my barn, includes full-care board (stalls cleaned daily, Eastern Oregon hay fed 2x daily, you provide any additional grain/supplements) and (minimum) 5 sessions a week. It's a very relaxing and peaceful environment! OR Starting at $300/month at your barn, but I require a safe, enclosed arena (indoor or fenced with all-weather footing) to work the horse in, and the horse needs to be either stalled/confined or easy to catch. After the first 3 or 4 days working with the horse, I like to meet with the owners to discuss what the training goals are, and in what amount of time I think I can accomplish them. In order to ensure your horse is started well with all of the basics they need, I do not break unstarted horses out in less than 60 days. I also do not ride anything under 3 years old, or until I feel like they're sufficiently developed enough to ask them to perform a specific job. <![CDATA[I have a F1 Savannah to rehome! I am NOT a Breeder ~~~Before contacting me showing interest in this cat PLEASE do your research on the F1 Savannahs. They are a HIGHLY intellegent feline. He eats ONLY RAW CHICKEN and a vitamin supplement. He is 53% African Serval which is a wild cat that runs the plains of Africa. Please know that you are dealing with a more than 50% wild animal. He is a very nice cat. I have four children ranging in ages from 11 down to 2 and he has never shown any aggrestion toward them. He just turned 1yr. in August. He is declawed on the front and has been neutered. I have 4 kids and just don't have the time for animals right now. The 2 top pics are the F1 The bottom pic is his dad (African Serval) I am also sending him with all his goodies. He is an INDOOR ONLY cat. There is a Fee for him, please look into these cat's before contacting me. These are very rare cats that are hard to produce and find. Breeders sell the F1 Savannahs anywhere from $6-$10,000 ea. It's Crazy but they are very rare and difficult to produce. My fee is not as high. They need people who can afford to take care of him. ]]>

<![CDATA[Boots is a 4 year old, black and white long haired male cat. He is litter box trained and very good with this. He is an indoor only cat and has been all his life. He is neutered and has never sprayed. He has never had any health problems and has been given a good bill of health by the vet. He is a very mellow guy that prefers to find a warm heater or fireplace to veg out in front of or lay with you and let you rub his tummy and neck. He has never had issues with our furry feline visitors and should be good with others cats because of his laid back personality. Boots has been around dogs and is good with them once he gets to know them (he wont be so fond of them at first but once he realizes they don’t want to hurt him he is ok with them). He has also been around kids his whole life and is great with them, when he plays he does not use his claws or bite. His only down fall is that he is shy to new people and will hide from them until he knows they are also ok but it will only take him a couple of times for him to realize this. Boots is going to need someone who will be patient with him as he has only known one home. He will probably take at least a couple of weeks (like any kitty would) to adjust to a new home. He would love someone who wants to give him a lot of attention but knows that he needs his space sometimes too (mainly with new visitors). We found him about two months ago with his mother and another kitten at Vandercook Park, they were strays, so we took him in and our brother took the mother and other kitten. Their cat was not getting along with the mother and kitten, so after a month they ended up at the humane society. I do not want to give him to the humane society because they euthanize after a period of time. And I don't see many people wanting to pay the fee for adopting animals from there now, especially with the way the economy's going. He's a good cat, cute as a matter of fact, it's just that our older cat is not to fond of him and is actually annoyed of him, and frankly, we're just getting tired of it. So he needs a new home. <![CDATA[Number one, it is normal but gross. You should only be feeding your dog 2 times a day and not a whole bowl full. All dog food bags, whether it is a less expensive kind or top of the line, has a feeding chart that tells you how much your dog should be eating. It goes by the weight of your dog. Controlling how much they eat helps them get on a pooping schedule. If you are over feeding your animals, they are only going to poop more. Puppies/dogs are like babies, if you keep them on a feeding schedule, they eventually get on a peeing and pooping schedule which will make your life easier as far as how often you need to let them out to poop or pee and will also make it so there isn't so much poop to have to pick up which will make it so that your dog doesn't eat the poop. Make sense? We just got a 12 week old pup who weighs 20 pounds(at that weight he should only be getting 3 cups a day!!) and we feed him 1 1/2 cups in the morning and 1 1/2 cups in the evening and don't let him have any water after 7:30 so that when we let him out to pee before we go to bed, he sleeps all night without having to go. We get more sleep! After only having him for a week and keeping to the feeding schedule, he poops once in the morning and once late afternoon/early evening-and we are able to pick it up when he goes. It makes having a dog fun and less worrisome...]]>

<![CDATA[Looks like a pit mix to me as well... Gifford is a mix of a few things! We're guessing Hound, Heeler and Akita! Either way, he's a great dog! Approx. 2 yrs old, Gifford is eagerly learning basic commands, and is already housetrained. He is very affectionate and thinks he can fit on a lap with ease. Or, at least he tries! He weighs 50 lbs and gets along well with other dogs. Gifford does cry a little at first when left alone, but he settles down very nicely. We don't think Gifford has ever really learned to play, because at first, he'd just watch the ball get thrown, and didn't respond. But now that he sees how much fun it can be, he's much more playful. But most of all, Gifford just loves to be pet. The fee to adopt Gifford is $80, plus the cost to neuter. He is current on all his shots and is ready to go! It is supposed to make the poop less palatable. I have had some luck with that. I believe there are things you can get at PetSmart that can help with it. Of course the best thing is to pick up as soon as they go, but, well that isn't always possible. But keep the yard picked up as much as possible. If you catch them doing it you can simply run outside and make a ruckus and tell them that is bad, and be forceful. (no hitting of course) If you find a solution, by all means post it. A wolf is a non-domesticated animal and the Husky breed in and of it's self is a wonderful dog, but thick headed and hard to train. Putting those breeds together is not a good combination. I would not have that animal near my kids. This animal will need special training, and most people who see your ad are going think "way cool, I have a part wolf". If the owner is not fully knowlegable of this mixture and how to deal with, train and handle wolves, this will be a very dangerous animal.
