<p>The ideal candidate is a key senior-level individual with diversified experience in state and federal environmental/ecological permitting and EIR/EIS/EA preparation to lead a team of professionals in environmental permitting services for both real estate development and energy production and transmission projects. Specific experience with state wetlands protection and coastal resources statutes, state and federal environmental policy acts, state water quality statutes, and Army Corps permitting required. Experience with FERC permitting a plus. The candidate will be primarily responsible for developing, managing and leading Woodard & Curran's environmental permitting business in the northeast region, focusing initially on Massachusetts, Connecticut & Rhode Island.</p>
<p>This position will be responsible for:</p>
<p>- Establishing and developing relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants and other industry-related individuals and organizations.<br>
- Identifying opportunities and preparing proposals.<br>
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies and plans.<br>
- Growing and managing Woodard &Curran's environmental permitting practice, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with the required technical approach and quality, and ensuring the annual budget, project programs and cost targets are met.<br>
- Assisting with recruitment, development and technical performance of staff.<br>
- Coordinating and collaborating effectively with other staff within W&C to assist in the establishment of a corporate-wide environmental permitting practice.<br>
- Performing as the Senior Project Manager on specific projects.<br>
- Achieving financial targets, including new work, project management, staff utilization and accounts receivable.</p>
<p>This position could be available in Andover or Dedham, MA or Providence, RI.</p>
<p>Qualifications:
<br>
- A minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in environmental permitting projects;<br>
- BS or Master's degree in environmental science, planning, or related discipline;<br>
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are essential;<br>
- A demonstrated history of team leadership;<br>
- An existing strong client base and a history of providing high quality services to both private and public sector client accounts.</p>

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Software Test Engineer in our Specialty Printer Solutions business unit located in Warwick, RI. In this role, you will create, influence, implement, maintain and recommend changes to test strategies, procedures and instructions, test software, and product qualification processes. Promote standard test and automation methodologies for use throughout the company. Identify and recommend test equipment required for product verification and qualification testing. Provide training of Qualification test personnel as required to ensure thorough test coverage. Assist in the testing and evaluation of new and/or modified products to ensure that products contain no unidentified problems when released to manufacturing.

<p>This position requires an individual with a passion for developing and implementing test strategies, policies, infrastructures, and functionality for ensuring high quality hardware and software for wired and wireless printer devices. Solid networking test development background, 10+ years experience. Knowledge of wireless technologies such as bluetooth and 802.11b/g are key. The work involves identifying, qualifying, recommending, and implementing 3rd party test tools and hardware as needed to provide a state of the art text infrastructure. Successful candidates are self starters that work well individually, as part of a team, and are driven to make a difference in what we deliver to our customers.</p>

1. Promote improvements to the product specifications to ensure testable requirements are generated for new products and features.<br>
2. Collaborate with product development teams to promote product functions and features that enable and assist product testing, data collection and test verifications especially with respect to automated testing.<br>
3. Champion improvements in the overall test process that can be used throughout the company to standardize the testing methodology as well as drive towards a standardized infrastructure to support increased test automation.<br>
4. Design and develop automated testing applications, utilities and modules that conform to best practices for software development.<br>
5. Design, develop and improve the collection of test data and results as well as improve the storage and retrieval of parametric data used for testing.<br>
6. Create test strategies, test plans, test procedures or instructions based on the marketing requirements document (MRD), the product requirements document (PRD) or engineering specifications for product qualification.<br>
7. Design and build test fixtures for the evaluation of verification testing or the validation of product qualification testing.<br>
8. Ensure that products being qualified are representative of the latest engineering designs as well as best manufacturing practices.<br>

<li>10 years experience in Engineering or Quality Assurance test facility with supervisory and mentoring experience </li>
<li>Proficiency with computers and experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl, Expect, Tcl), databases, spreadsheets, and word processing programs </li>
<li>Proficiency with interfacing computers with laboratory equipment </li>
<li>Details-oriented, capable of quantitative technical analysis </li>

Provide coordination between the Engineers and the General Contractor.

Maintain a complete hard copy set (provided by others) of plans, specification, submittals and other pertinent project documentation.

Maintain and provide document management status to all interested parties and monitor general contractor to ensure project is being built by the most current documents.

Monitor As-Built documents and ensure General Contractor is maintaining and keeping current a red line set.

Review, originate if necessary, monitor, expedite, and distribute RFI’s.
<br>

Maintain and update (original creation by others) the project Master Schedule using Primavera software. Distribute updates in Primavera or Microsoft Project format.

Monitor General Contractor’s short interval schedules (3 week and 1 week look ahead schedules) to ensure project is being constructed in accordance with the Master Schedule.
