The fully-tiled bathroom is shared and has a shower and tub. The room for rent is unique in that you actually will have two rooms - a sitting area that opens into a separate bedroom, which is very quiet and private. My house is located on the Eastside of Providence, less than 1 block from a bus stop and close to many restuarants, Brown, RISD, and 5-minutes to downtown via Bus. I am working at Brown and the Rhode Island Hospital as a Research Fellow and from time to time I have rented this room to a commuting professor (3 nights/week) and to a graduate student completing a fellowship. So I am open to considering similar arrangements, either full-time or part-time.
