This "Meet the Builder" Open House will focus on finding the right home for unique needs. Stanton Homes will present a variety of floor plans featuring <b>accessible homes or mother-in-law suites</b>, and will work one-on-one with homebuyers to modify existing plans to incorporate the types of features desired.

I have a great apartment next to a fairly prestigious and well known neighborhood. The apartments are in great condition and are very clean and classy. I have a 2 bdrm and 1 bath approx 875 Sf that includes a very nice porch and fireplace. Its top floor so theirs that added sense of security. The view is very nice with trees and a walkway in the backyard. Its a very pet friendly place here. The rent is 750$ or 375$ to split that. It also has the connections for a washer or Dryer. Easy access to US-1 and 40. (Crossroads)

My Situation

I lived here the past few months with my boyfriend in an agreement to split the bills. The lease has until the end of MAY 31. Since he has moved out, I cant afford this apartment by myself. I haven't much time to figure this out because I don't think my X plans on paying for a single month hes not living here. Since I cant afforded it on my own then my only option would be to pack up and leave immediately if my plans don't work out. Its kinda puts a rush of things. So I'm left with two options............

Option One is to sublease or singing over the rest of my lease out to someone else. I spoke to the leasing office and they already told me that they can just switch out the names without extending the price or length of the lease. That's a great deal because we got a lower deal because of how long the lease was for. The apartment is very beautiful and its a shame I probably cant stay here myself.

Option Two is to get a roommate. I can only live with another professional female (I'm 24).I am 4 months pregnant and I'm due the month the lease is up. I'm very responsible and well mannered. I have a small short haired dog so only other small dogs are fine. I don't do any drugs or drink, even when I'm not pregnant. I'm a very relaxed easy going person. I usually only have the same close nit of friends that I hang out with. So their wouldn't be parades of random people in and out of the house.
