<![CDATA[This is an update regarding the vacant 15,000 square foot office building in Durham. This office building has some things that may or may not be of value to someone...5-6 partitions, a couple cubicles, a few chairs, 2-4 small desks, some disassembled filing cabinets (or scrap metal) and a couple glass encasement units. These are older items and not necessarily up-to-date items. There are also many new Fed Ex envelopes. If these things are of value, we're looking for someone to take them for free, and in exchange, remove the remaining items and take to the dump. We're looking to minimize if not eliminate dump costs and/or labor costs for hauling. If things are of value, there would be no cost to the client to have things removed and taken to the dump. If these things have no value, we are looking for someone who can haul these things away and take to the dump. This is NOT an ideal job for a professional, whether charging per square foot or by the hour or even by the job. Rather we're looking for the lowest bidder. The job would consist of at least 2 people and could be a day's worth of work. At this point, the work could probably be done around the latter part of the first week of December, if not that following weekend (after Thanksgiving weekend). To minimize my trips to this building and due to time restraints, I will be opening the building up on Saturday, mid morning or so.
