Our Story: Before starting my own childcare, I spent a decade caring for children in one way or another, including several years as a nanny during and after college. My background also includes a BS degree and, more recently, 12 early childhood education units. I am constantly enrolling myself and my assistants in units and trainings to expand our knowledge of early child development, as I am ultimately working toward a master's degree in the field. I also participate in several area childcare organizations, which allows me to stay on top of the goings-on in the childcare industry, including product recalls, new county licensing regulations, and generally-accepted childcare and administrative practices. I and my assistants keep current on our fingerprint clearance status, TB tests, infant - adult CPR/First Aid and health and safety trainings.
