The apartments are called Parkside located on F st. and they are very close to campus. Rent is $550 a month for your own bedroom with your own bathroom. Utilities for both PG&E and internet are around 15 to 20. The roommates are Tijess, James, and Rajiv. They are very laid back, nice, and interesting folks. They are all science majors and very studious but social. Ive known them for a while and can say that I never encountered any sort of negativity or hard feelings. There are 3 rooms in the apartment and you would be getting the LARGEST ROOM with YOUR OWN BATHROOM. The location is only 4 or 5 blocks from the Downtown area which is where campus is. It's just 8 min away from downtown Davis and within walking distance so shoppping in the 'Savemart of Anderson Plaza'. The location is perfect! Anderson Rd & Rutgers Dr. Unitrans and Yolobus run J, P line and 42A, 42B. (North of Russell, South of Covell, Between 113 and F) Water & garbage fee are apid by landlord, so utilities will be for Public Gas & Electronics. But, you should pay $9 for gardening work(except winter). Housemate(using her own room, so you should share wiht me the master's room) has used bike like new, therefore you can borrow it.
