The deliverable has to be either Photoshop, Illustrator or very large JPG or TIFF (at least 40mp). You can base your design on either any of the common $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 or $100 bills and change it to $1mln. In this case you will have to either scan the original bill at a very high resolution and then draw. Or you can do it as a vector (preferred). I need both front and back.
