• Sessions occur at the student’s home or at a preferred location, such as a public library.

• All tutoring takes place in a one-on-one environment.

• This is a part-time position, and we work around the tutor’s schedule.

• Tutors work part-time anywhere from 2-25 hours a week; the amount of hours per week depends on the tutor’s schedule, what subjects they can tutor, and the amount of hours they prefer.

• Where a tutor lives or goes to school determines which area they will tutor in.
<br>
• Most tutoring takes place Monday through Thursday between the hours of 4:00pm and 9:00pm. Weekend tutoring hours can also be arranged with students at various times.

We train all newly hired coaches and instructors how to teach youth. We also provide curriculum for coaches and instructors to teach from. These recreation programs are held in various community facilities throughout southern California. Boys and girls ages 5-15 are enrolled and students are placed into classes according to age and skill level.

Our Cheer program teaches cheers, chants, arm motions, jumps, dance steps and voice projection. Coaches create a fun competition routine that their students perform for parents & friends at our Cheer Event!

The ideal candidate has product development experience with online education courses and an interactive consumer orientation. The position is FT, 40 hours a week, and includes Full Medical and Dental benefits, a 401k Plan, 5 weeks of Paid Time off annually, and reduced child care for your children. Position pays $13-$15 an hour to start depending on experience and educational level. In addition to your hourly salary, Teachers are able to qualify for our annual bonus program.
