Currently in the house we have 4 males and one female all between the ages of 21-23. We have a large parking lot in the back yard with plenty of space. We are 420 friendly. We currently have a small dog living in the home. The five of us are busy during the week but on the weekends we've been known to play some pong and various silliness. Utilities will cost an additional $50 a month. The lease is month to month and there is no deposit for rent. <![CDATA[Hi friends! we have a room avail oct 1rst in our drama free ,craftsman style home in normal heights. <br> <br> The pad: The house is older but full of character and charm. It has a porch that we hang out on frequently, a fenced yard,wood floors, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and you would be getting your own bathroom. The location is awesome! we are a block north of Adams ave near many cool bars/restaurants/coffee shops etc. The neighborhood is very eclectic and has an amazing sense of community. The room is small with a small closet and looks out into the yard. <br> <br> Us: we are three girls between the ages of 24-29. We all work two-ish service industry jobs so we are rarely home at the same time. When we are not working, we are out riding our bikes, hangin in the neighborhood, etc. we love being healthy and active :) But we also love to grab a well deserved drink or two after work. The overall vibe of our home is mellow with an occasional weekend late night. we also have two small dogs and two indoor/outdoor cats. So you must love animals! They are all trained and pretty well behaved. We also have a vegan... a vegetarian.... and someone whoe ats meat but never cooks.. We don't mind if you eat meat but we just don't like bloody raw meat drippin on our tofu if ya know what I mean :) <br> <br> You: So pretty much... we have a vision of what we want "home" to be. A positive, healthy, happy vibe is very important to us. Although it is a challenge to have four people living under one roof and maintain a 100% peaceful setting, we are striving to get there if possible. So we really just need someone who has a lifestyle that is condusive to ours. We don't mind if you smoke but we hate cig butts on our porch or parafenilia laying around the house and that type of thing. We would love for you to be able to stay for at least 6 months. We also would like to have any more pets (even though we love thenm more than anything) But depending on the sitch we could negotiate that if you are the right person for the room. We don't have a preference of male or female. But being 3 small girls it would be really nice to have a handy man around to split up household duties. But whatev. I moved there about 1 year ago and did a lot of remodeling; new oak interior doors throughout the apartment, the whole place was repainted, Spanish tile was laid everywhere, all of the windows have wood shutters and all the kitchen appliances are brand new (G&E). Besides that all fixtures bathrooms and window covers were replaced. I have nice furniture in the living room, a large sectional (micro fiber), 50 inch flat screen mounted, nice rug and side tables. There isn't much art/decorations but the place has color to it. The bedroom I'm renting has lots of closet space.
