Absolutely anyone is welcome to come check it out, but just want to let you know the type of place it is and the type of roommates that we are. We both work hard during the week, and one of us on weekends too, but definitely like to enjoy the weekends a little bit, maybe have a few drinks, people over etc. The roommate that moved out took the kegerator, and we miss it, if that gives you any indication. One of us has a dog -- she's kind of become the house dog -- totally chill and fun, but you have to be willing to accept that there is some dog hair around sometimes. It's basically an average house in an average neighborhood, so if you're looking for La Jolla or Del Mar, this isn't for you. Rent is $475 plus utilities. I also ask for a $200 deposit, just because I've had roommates bail on rent in the past. Utilities include SDG&E every month, Time-Warner digital cable and Roadrunner internet every month and water every other month. Usually averages out to about $100 per person, per month. I use Cricket service and get coverage without issue and with no roaming charges. The combined utilities run no more than $ 45 - $ 50. between the electric, gas, water, internet, land line phone wherein you can down load to use Skype for calling to the U.S. and other parts of the world. btw, I use my laptop and internet for streaming all of my movies online including all of the new Hollywood releases for free on to my 42 inch large screen TV The place is available this month on the 20th.
