It's 2 bedroom, one bath with its own laundry room attached to the house. The house has a very large livingroom connected to the kitchen, plenty of room to chill. You would get your own room and share the restroom with only one other person. We currently have two cats, but they're both very sweet and won't mess things up. We don't plan on getting anymore pets, but if you have any pets we'll likely be willing to accept them if you talk with us first. (no dogs though) We are located in Clairemont, near Balboa and Genessee (just a few exits on the 5 freeway from ucsd). we are very close to the 41 stop, which is a free bus route for UCSD students that goes straight to gilman parking structure on UCSD campus from here. If you drive, we also have guaranteed parking spaces, and even more parking spaces if you like to have guests over. (There's basically never been a day when we haven't had tons of spaces available.) The room already has a lamp and a bed in it, but if you prefer your own bed, that's fine too. If you're feeling cheap, the rest of the house is fully furnished with multiple accessible tables, and we're okay with you using our stuff (HDTV, dishes, utensils, etc). The rent is $600 a month for the room, and utilities are ~$80 a month, which inclues cable (high speed) wireless internet, cable tv (with over 250 channels)(with tivo), water, electricity, and gas.
