This summer I will be residing back home and my roommate who shares a room with me will be moving back home. The thing is that our lease does not end until the end of summer, and I am most likely renewing and living here next year as well. Non-smoking (including outdoor smoking) is mandatory & one person only (no couples). I tend to be fairly progressive/liberal in my political and life views…don’t care what yours are (within reason)…just mentioning it because I wouldn’t want to offend anyone by an occasional political cartoon on the fridge. <br> <br> This would be a perfect situation for someone who needs to be in San Diego for a temporary work assignment or is new to the area and needs a chance to look around. I have kept the rental rate relatively low since I am primarily renting the room versus full use of the house (i.e. no visitors) – but I likewise will not likely have any visitors over during this time period, so it will be a nice, quiet, relaxing, centrally located, space.
