<![CDATA[I have a beautiful home on 3 wooded acres in Ashland Oregon that I would like to do occasional (3-4 times per year) swaps with a family in San Diego. I am an CSU San Marcos alumni and I worked for 6 years for the City of San Diego before relocating to Ashland. My business partner lives here in San Diego and my daughter's father lives here. Our Ashland home is spotless clean, large, and bright with floor to ceiling windows and views of the valley and the lake. WiFi Internet, washer/dryer, garage, wood stove for cold winter days, A/C for summer, organic garden and herb garden on our kitchen deck. We are just 15 minutes from Mt. Ashland ski resort and the town of Ashland is home to the Oregon Shakespeare festival which brings world class theater productions. I would ideally like to meet a family who would like to trade for a few weeks at a time a few times per year. I am not entirely picky about the San Diego location, just a nice clean roomy home with WiFi. We do have an outdoor cat that requires some care. We also have a part-time live-in Nanny who provides 12 hours per week childcare who would be open to providing this to our swap family if we find a good match.
