<![CDATA[Our daughter was married last week at San Luis Rey Downs Golf Resort. We got double our monies worth in value. First of all it was the least expensive venue of all that we checked. The food was fabulous and the service was four star. We had it around the pool area and it had a very island feel. We used a dj that walked us threw everything from the rehersal dinner to the last dance. We also used a very professional photographer that was really organized. Our flower lady was also spectacular.All these great people made my day as the Mother of The Bride unforgetable. Try any of them and you wil not be disappointed. <![CDATA[7/30/2010 My name is Cliff Ridley. Let me first state to all the Spam members who find it noteworthy to email me, I DO NOT NEED A GRANT! I have been writing letters to Senator's, Congress person's, Governor's, Mayor's, News, Television and Media for over 10 years. I don't know how this could happen in this country but it's happened to me, and I live it every day! My Oldest son is now 25. My middle son is 20, and my youngest son Tyler, I haven't seen since he was 2 months old, turned 12 the 8th of August. Below are brief letters I have written over the years. I have longer ones, with a lot more detail and I have all the facts documented but it doesn't matter what I have because no one will ever listen to my story. So before I die, I want everyone to know the Hell I have had to live just because I was a man with a disability who survived Cancer but couldn't beat the Country of San Diego and the laws they apparently make up for my case. I have all the documents to support every sentence of this tragedy. After my last court appearance downtown, when again the judge refused to look at my financial records since 1991, I arrived back home and the next day received a letter asking me to give up custody of my son and all arrears and future child support would be dismissed........I Declined their offer 1/4/10 I have just received my SSA tax statement now letting me know that my monthly income will still be 471.00 after deductions from the 942.00 monthly amount I won't be getting again for another year or forever! 4/14/2010 Dear Barb: Thank you for your response and voice message but you're right, there's no one there that can help me. The more I talk about this case the more furious I get and even I don't like me when I'm that pissed. As far as I know, the mother is dead or in prison because the latest letter from SSA states some guy I have never heard of wants to receive my son's check. So we have gone to another level of corruption within this case. The Players know they are screwed and are hoping I die so they don't spend their lives in jail and pay millions. Yo got the Readers Digest version. Soon, the whole story will come out and people won't give a shit unless it effects them personally. It's a hard core, cold world and I've been kind every day of my life and put up with corruption from lawyers, Police, governments for a long longtime. If I make it to Monday, I will be 51. My other two son's are grown up and doing great. I talk to my 20 year and his wife once a week. I went to their wedding in Colorado last year. My oldest son is a brilliant writer and has many offers in Hollywood. There's nothing I can give them that I haven't already in life. I was never given that chance with Tyler. By now I have no doubt law enforcement officials are watching and I really could care a less. Why fricking bother now. Pacific Daylight Time, SPC.Crisisline@.org writes: 04/13/10 Dear Washington DC This is as close to decent reply top my several ads all over the country on Craigslist. Again, I worthless process. It seems I have to do what I can only do for someone to take notice. Cliff I'm dealing with the White House now so maybe something will get done before it's too late. By the way, I went to San Diego 5 times to get my son out of CPS and into the Rehab facility with his mother 11 yrs ago. They took him while she was still in the hospital awaiting a heart valve replacement and Spleenectomy. I was told if I went to Santa Barbara court they would give my son to me. I went to court, the judge wanted to wait a week to decide, two weeks past and I decided to stop into the judge's chamber and he informed me that he had sent my son to San Diego to the rehab center where his mother went to. I made many 5 hr trips to Lemon grove to visit the mother and my son, sometimes she would have a 3 hr pass, sometimes I had to just drop off care packages at the El Cajon offices because no pass was given. She said she was in-love with me. We had been together for 3 years before she vanished with my daughter, then turned up in a hospital pregnant with my son but admitted with Meth in her system apparently. She told me she was graduating and would call me in a week once she got settle after she graduated. Within that week she vanished into San Diego and I have been paying child Support ever since for my son I last saw when he was two months old when I had to take him and the mother back to Scripps hospital on one of my several trips to the rehab center because her pass was for only 3 hours and she had taken him there the night prior for some problem. It's a frickin mess .People have leveled buildings for a lot less than the shit I have been dealing with for over 15 yrs. Thanks for your time. Cliff 2/24/09 To whom it may concern: I have been posting on Craigslist, Facebook and MySpace, plus writing news organizations, government officials and anyone who will listen for 15 years. San Diego had the chance to get it right 10 1/2 years ago but the judge didn't want to look at the 10 years of W-2's and SSA documents about my 209.00 a month income at the time my son was born. They just hear bullshit from Patricia O'Daniel, (with the help of her non-related step mom who worked for San Diego child services) that I was making 3400.00 a month! So, although Child Support was getting monies from my SSD they still couldn't decide when I showed up to court, (for the 8th time) if I was disabled when Tyler was born in 98. I have been disabled since March 91, idiots! I live on 471.00 a month. Thank you for being so ignorant to United States Federal and State laws. You cost me my so and you can't put a price on that. Dying doesn't come close. So, now you want me to die..............surprise, I am not dead yet. Cliff Ridley In a message dated 3/3/2009 4:00:15 P.M. Pacific Standard Time, governor@governor.ca.gov writes: Due to the sensitivity of your issue, we request you write the governor a letter in detail. I wrote the governor a 23 page letter 7 years ago. They forwarded the letter to Sen Feinstein's office who forwarded the same exact letter to the governors office. I've had nothing but red tape and excuses for 18 years. I lived in my car on 209.00 a month for two years because SSA screwed up. Lost my daughter and now haven't seen my son in San Diego since he was 1 month old while his mother was attending a Rehab center in Lemon Grove. The DA of San Diego is taking 441.00 a month because the mother of my son said I was earning 3400.00 a month when she filed for aid. I was of course making 209.00 a month and living on SSD. I have been disabled since 1991 and have driven to San Diego numerous times (I do not own a vehicle) with all my W-2 from 1991 to prove I was indeed disabled when my youngest son was born in 98. I have never received more than 571.00 a month from SSA EVER! I pay child support of 471.00 a month for a son that I have never known or been allowed to see!! I get 471.00 to live on each month now. I was getting 578.50 until Jan 09 and this new payment plan. They are taking 50 percent of my disability check (monthly income) and have yet to acknowledge that I was disabled when my son Tyler was born in 98. THEY ARE GETTING MONEY FROM MY SSD!!!! What more do I have to do to get justice? It seems legally nothing gets done while others go postal for far less, I still wait for my own belief in the system to find the right in all this wrong! Below are several writings I have sent. I have pages and pages of factual documentation that I have been disabled for 19 years. I also have proof that every allegation made towards me regarding my son Tyler, are falsehoods or just plain lies! I have been to San Diego many, many times regarding both Child Support and Protective Services regarding my son. I last saw Tyler when he was a month old. That's close to 11 years! I do not own a vehicle but this should have never happened in California or the United States. What worse is that it keeps on continuing. Please call me if you have any questions. The CS program has failed along with SSA to prove anything on why this has happened. They just keep blaming the other agency, rather than resolve the injustice I have been dealt. If it's after I die, so be it! 1/29/2009, Update: I just received a letter from SSA stating I will now have to live on 471.00 a month rather than 572.50. This is because San Diego, (who still doesn't believe I was disabled when my youngest son Tyler was born in 98, although I have been permanently disabled since March 1991 from Cancer of the Central Nervous System) want more money for a son I have not been allowed to see since he was a month old. Ironic that they have all the information they need to make a just decision from my several visits to Child and Parental court in San Diego but they refuse to read it. This has gone beyond injustice. It's now at the point of being Criminal!!!! Cliff Ridley To whomever will listen: I'm writing this with hope that it will reach you somehow. I have written so many letters over the past 7 years and although I find support, I have yet to find the one person who will help find my son and the answers to so many questions. I'm not an angel nor do I pretend to be. But the events that have unfolded over the years are so cruel and sad that a normal person would have gone insane long ago. I have been permanently disabled from fighting Cancer of the Central Nervous System (spinal cord) since 1991. I have lost a daughter and watch my 1 month old son Tyler get taken out of Cottage Hospital by CPS because I was forced to live in my car for two years as a result of Social Security misreading one word on a legal document that resulted in me living on 209.00 a month. To this day the mistake has never been corrected. My son Tyler turned 6 years old this August and I haven't seen him since 1998 and no one in San Diego government will tell me why. They take money for child support out of my Disability check but I have had to go to San Diego court 6 times just to prove I was disabled in 1997 and still am. No one in the government will answer my emails and my only income is 373.50 a month from SSD. San Diego had been charging me 341.00 + 100.00 arrearages in child support for 6 years. I now owe them 21,000.00 for a son who has never met his father. The last time I went to court they told me my arrearages would be drop and I would pay no more child support if I signed over adoption papers! I have two other son's, Kyle who is 24 and a writer and Travis who is 19. I have never loved anything more in this world than my children and every child. I carry the pain of loss and frustration and I cannot believe it's because I am permanently disabled. I Will Not Give Up My Search for My Son and the Justice I am Due. I pay for a child I haven't seen in 5 yrs and no one in San Diego seems to think I'm disabled even though they get my child support from my SSA disability check. What the hell is wrong with this picture? Is it right to hide a son from a father? My other two son's who are 18 and 13, never had to be hidden from me. What price would you put on Government abduction and corruption? What would you do if because you had Cancer you had your life and children taken away from you? Subj: Letter to HBO, April 29th, 2003 Date: 5/29/2003 UNSOLICITED: A True Story Disabled from Cancer in spinal cord and living on Social Security, this was not the life I had pictured when I 38. I thought the tough battle was over. I was alive although my body and my life would never be the same, I was alive. But then it happened. Within 3 months, I lost my daughter, my home, my car, my son all because one word, on one document was misread. Almost six years later, even with all my proof, no one has taken responsibility for this injustice. My son will be six soon and the last time I saw him, he was 2 months old. He doesn't know his Dad or my other two sons who are 13 and 18. He gets child support but he doesn't know his father, and his father doesn't know the son. Numerous attempts to see him have been thwarted by San Diego officials. I'm still trying to prove to their courts that I have been disabled since March 15th, 1991, even though the child support they receive is coming from my disability check every month. If you think that's insane, you haven't heard nothing yet? This is just the tip of the iceberg! If not for hope, I would have gone over the edge long ago. <![CDATA[On Wednesday night, July 21, the Encinitas City Council took up an appeal to place a cell tower at the former location of the Cabo Grill at Coast Highway and La Costa Avenue. Solana Beach-based doctor Dan Harper, MD, was among those in support of the appeal. “Radio frequencies are causing tremendous damage to our environment,” he said. “There are over 2,000 scientific reports that show harm to plants and animals.” Harper noted that radio frequencies are a suspected cause of autism and a number of cancers. He added, "we are headed toward an epidemic” of wireless transmission-related diseases. While the council was sympathetic to the appeal, it was rejected because the mayor and council members said their hands were tied due to Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which prevents arguments based on health risks at public meetings. Deputy mayor Maggie Houlihan urged backers of the appeal to work with their congressmen and senators in overturning Section 704. Another showdown on the placement of a cell tower is scheduled at 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 27 in the chambers of the city council in neighboring Carlsbad, Calif. at 1635 Faraday Ave. Dr. Harper will be interviewed by The Coast News/The Rancho Santa Fe News next Fri., July 30.
