I would give you the funds to purchase the wood and materials or pick them up/drop them off and you would craft the pieces OVER A FEW DAYS* in your shop and deliver them back to me/or I can pick up. I will pay for materials and labor of course and also gas if you drive to pick up materials/drop off etc. The pedestals I envision will be square with a hinged door (hinges on the inside) that is discrete (flush with the other 3 sides) They will have a hole cut out of the top for cords and wires to plug into the projectors and a hole at the bottom of the hinged door for wires/cord to come out and plug into the wall. I envision a simple rectangle of beautiful wood with a projector perched atop and the cords swept away into the interior of the ped. We can negotiate a project fee or a fee per pedestal.
