The judgment was awarded to Mr. Wong for Mr. Lee's improper handling of Mr. Wong's case. This is currently on file in the fraud department of the Superior Court of San Francisco. Louis Hop Lee wrote fraudulent checks to the San Francisco Superior Court, to Dr. Steven Kilgore and to Mr. Harvey Louie of the San Francisco Farmers' Group. He was involved in several illegal business projects which resulted in judgments against him. He deceived Mr. Tim Hong, who is an SSI patient, and took a few thousand dollars from him. Although he has been disgraced and disbarred, Mr. Lee is known to be practicing law and business in San Francisco. Mr. Lee was formerly married to sitting judge Judy Tang of San Francisco. First scam: Some guy contacts me, initial's TC, and he wanted me to be his right hand person, you know second in charge. He was very personable, which raised a flag. Then he went so far to say that if I work for him I will make gobs of money and will be knee deep in the TV entertainment business, BUT then he asked me for my social security number over the phone. He will not get that info, and I will not be working for him... Second scam: Some guy contact's me by email saying he needs a qualified photographer to cover his project at the EPA or the Environmental Protection Agency. I was excited until he sent me this email: "Good Morning, How are you doing and how is your family? I am Jonas Terry and My Fiance's name is Mary..We are from UNITED Kingdom.I work as a Health Adviser so i have just been awarded a contract in states and we will be having our wedding in states because we are relocating to states . We are relocating to the city from Kent, England and will be coming there to work on contract basis with United States Environmental Protection Agency on a private research work So i need someone who could help in taking photo shots and this will be at your free time because this is a PART TIME JOB. I will be offering you $300 for week i will be needing your services for three hours at any suitable time of yours three times in a week Probably Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays or Sundays i hope 4hours is enough to work for me as my personal photographer during my stay in states as i will be taking photo shots during my contract works.,i will also be needing you to take photo shots on my wedding day. <![CDATA[Bait and switch - Dominican MRI Center changed a less expensive MRI "WITHOUT CONTRAST" to a more expensive (up to: $2,000.00 more) MRI "WITH CONTRAST". When I went for my MRI scan, my referral was for WITHOUT CONTRAST. This means NO INJECTION. Technician John Rider decided he would inject me with contrast which is a more costly procedure. This Bait and Switch MRI scam brings more profit to the Dominican MRI Center, Radiology Medical Group, Dominican Hospital and its shareholders. The supervising radiologist, Dr. Spellman, is a shareholder in this Radiology Medical Group which owns Dominican MRI Center. My scan was performed by MRI technician Linda Porter. She allowed technician Rider to unlawfully inject me creating the Bait and Switch SCAM. This unauthorized injection caused me to have an anaphylactic reaction and permanently disabled me. The reaction would not have occurred had the technicians followed my instructions. If the technicians under the supervision of radiologist Dr. Michael Spellman had followed the American Medical Association code of medical ethics, I would not have been injected or injured. A physician should not put personal financial interests above a patient’s well being under any circumstances. The temptation to add unnecessary procedures is greatly increased when shareholders override INFORMED CONSENT laws made to protect patients. This is the UNETHICAL SCAM they perpetrated on me. These egregious violations of the law, as well as a conspiracy to cover up the true facts of my MRI, proved they felt no guilt or responsibility for their actions. Under AMA section 8.03–Conflicts of Interest: Guidelines, if a conflict arises between the physician’s financial interest and the responsibility of the physician to the patient, the conflict must be resolved to the patient’s benefit (American Medical Association, 2010). My conflict with Dominican MRI Center and radiologist Dr. Spellman HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I tried to resolve the matter through litigation but was unsuccessful due to the lies, conspiracy, and altered documents presented by Radiology Medical Group attorney Barry Marsh of the Law Firm Hinshaw, Draa, Marsh, Still & Hinshaw of Saratoga, California. As supervising radiologist, Dr. Spellman, shareholder in Radiology Medical Group holds responsibility for promoting this BAIT AND SWITCH SCAN, SCAM. Conspiracy - covering up pertinent facts; Becky Shoemaker admitted MRI technician John Rider gave me a contrast injection against a written physician's referral and against my direct order that I told my doctor and John Rider I didn't want an injection. Entering altered documents as evidence in court is perjury; attorney Barry C. Marsh entered into evidence documents that were altered after the injection in order to get witnesses to arrive at a false conclusion which made it appear that the Dr. Spellman had authorized a contrast injection. He did not. Failing to follow manufacturer's procedures: A physician was not supervising anytime during the MRI procedure or contrast injection. Failing to follow patient's direct order not to have any injections. Failing to properly screen a patient; Dominican MRI Center employees claimed I had no allergies to contrast and injected me with an unauthorized contrast injection causing me to have an anaphylactic reaction, disabling me permanently. Failure to provide patient with immediate life saving procedures which were not available at the time of injection. Failure to follow referring physician's "WITHOUT CONTRAST" orders. Failure to follow the Medical Board of California law that states: THE PHYSICIAN MUST BE PRESENT WITHIN THE FACILITY WHERE THE PROCEDURES ARE PERFORMED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE IMMEDIATE MEDICAL INTERVENTION. Failure to get "INFORMED CONSENT"; John Rider, Dr. Spellman, Linda Porter and Becky Shoemaker all lied and conspired to hide the truth. Prior to scan six John Rider announced over a loudspeaker that this was to be the last scan. John Rider claims it was after scan number six was completed that he called Dr. Spellman to discuss a change order from "WITHOUT CONTRAST" to with contrast. Just after scan six John Rider was clearly not on the phone calling anyone because he was pulling me out of the MRI tube. He was clearly diverting my attention away from what he was doing by talking about someone from high school, with my eyes still covered, sleepy from lying down and my ear plugs still in, he diverted my attention away from what he was planning to do without authorization. Per Linda Porter the MRI machine was never stopped or delayed to allow time for a phone call to Dr. Spellman. Failure to get consent. John Rider claimed he got my consent. In his deposition he admitted he did not have RMG's authorization to get consent from a patient for contrast. DMRI Failed to obtain a change order prior to injecting contrast into patient. Failure to provide a safe procedure. Failure to provide continuing education in relevant areas such as recognizing allergic reactions. Failure to provide training of the differences between Magnevist, Omniscan and any other solutions administered. Failure to report anaphylactic reaction to the FDA- Adverse reactions are only known if physicians report those reactions to prevent them from happening to other patients. Harassment of plaintiff by defendant's attorney Barry Marsh of the Law Firm Hinshaw, Draa, Marsh, Still & Hinshaw of Saratoga, California. No one present was trained in lifesaving procedures. No one present was trained in recognizing allergic reactions. No physician was present to supervise the procedure. A physician was not able to arrive at DMRI Center in less than twenty minutes after notification of anaphylactic reaction. Marsh made discriminatory comments to and about Plaintiff and plaintiffs disabilities and added who do you think a jury is going to believe, someone disabled or a doctor that's never had a complaint? Dr. Spellman admitted he was sued for malpractice. RMG's representing Attorney Barry Marsh had expert witnesses lie and he gave them false information and they in turn gave false statements. Then he told me I should just put it on the internet and see if I get anywhere that way. Linda told me "It's not my job" to help when I believed I was going to die. <![CDATA[When the long awaited verdict was announced late afternoon, after a weekend of anticipation and drama crafted by local News Stations. We all braced for the violence that would surely ensue. Many of my neighbors boarded up there storefronts, and still remain so today. Others prefered to display images in support of Justice for Oscar Grant, in hopes they would be "passed over" by the angry crowd gathering in the street. The News media sent in there teams Channel 2 on that corner, Channel 7 got dibs on 14th and Broadway, City Hall covered . In the mean while a group of us, Local shop owners , City workers, Artists, Students enjoyed cocktails at Cafe Van Kleef. Having no television in the bar, we were quite unaware of the developing crisis. As matter of fact on 16th and Telegraph it was rather peaceful. That is if you didn't notice the 300 riot clad policemen and women assembled on the corner. They seemed to out number the demonstrators 2 to 1. Their armor and display of weapons seemed a little much, but what do I know about riots and crowd control? Mean while the unruly chanting demonstrators passed by followed closely by an army of lawenforcement Officers representing every City in a 50 mile radius, including the CHP. We in the Cafe ordered drinks, I noticed no one appeared to be alarmed. Then suddenly a huge boom shook the street, then another and a third. The loudest fireworks i've ever heard. I would learn later that there an attemp to blow the doors off of a local Pot Despensory. We all grew sleepy and walked home. Some of us bicycled. Since then folks don't seem to come around like they used to . Can't say I blame them way the News carried on. Personally I'm proud of Oakland, and of all the youngters who didnt do anything and the Police that didnt have too. ]]>

Burlingame is on a tear to get as much fast money as they can and they are TICKETING and TOWING cars all day, every day! they will ticket you for an expired meter, parking to far from the curb, no front license plate, expired tags, parking on the painted line, having a brake light or tail light out, just about anything they can find to ticket you for! if you have any outstanding tickets they will just tow your car away ASAP - they need FAST MONEY because they are BROKE and will look at everything possible so they can TICKET or TOW your car if you shop, dine or park in Burlingame. <![CDATA[ You cannot prosecute assembly in California. If you complain about corruption in the Assembly, the member will call the CHP dignitary threat team, who are their thug enforcers and raid your home. They did it to me, I know. Luckily I had guests and the CHP with 10 armed officers who raided my home stated, “you did nothing wrong, but we are here to tell you that you cannot contact your representatives, or we will be back.” This terrified us, so we sued them. I wonder what that force would have done had I been alone! Judge England of Eastern District court holds that “U. S. Citizens who act within the law do not have Constitutional rights to redress grievances.” Judge England who allowed a non judge to review the case, violated article III of our “inalienable rights” believes the Constitution is to protect the government from the people. We asked Assemblyman Ted Gaines, a republican, to look into the cronyism of allowing a diagnosed violent mental patient, a man with ties to officials in high places, who was allowed to commit violent crimes, threaten to murder his crime victims and property damage while released on a ¼ million dollar bail. The KFBK radio interview substantiates this. What we did not know was that Ted Gaines was not going to allow a scandal to harm his district regarding the republican officials who were violating state and federal law. So they targeted us with a conspiracy to cover up our allegations, which really cannot be covered up. Senator Dave Cox and a member of the Sacramento Republican Party Committee Bob Berger gave us the smoking gun, a letter written by the officials to discredit and libel us, after we complained to them about our problem with corrupt county officials. The Senator’s seal was placed on this evidence to substantiate it. The republican officials used their power under the color of authority to fabricate false arrest reports against us, so that they would just think we were typical disgruntled criminal defendants with no credibility, and not investigate our allegations. So far this criminal tactic has worked. Why would they do this, and produce a non existing arrest record for their constituents? What’s more, why, once they were caught, why are they not being prosecuted? I seen more "get out of jail free cards" given out here because we are disfavored citizens. Disfavored citizens are treated like pound animals, but with less rights! This disgusts me to no end! The Supreme Court calls it “Vindictive Animus.” It is common among corrupt officials and an element in holding them legally liable. It just so Happened that Helen Baumann the Board of Supervisor District 2 was running for Sacramento Legislator and promoting her campaign to Bob Berger, and other members of the Republican Party on September 13 2007. The evidence I gave Bob Berger would bar her from the public trust as a legislator. So in order to salvage their chance at office, they violated Title 18 section 1346 and title 42 section 1983 of the U.S. code, not to mention the wire fraud and Rico Statute, and many others. They actually named most of the elected officials in this cover up, making it look like organized crime, which it was. But because we are viewed as worthless peons by officials our constitutional rights are barred from us without rational basis, Nobody will listen, and nobody gives a hoot. We accused Judge James Wagoner of fixing one the 9 felonies committed by this accused criminal. He was admonished on June 30th by the CJP.ca.gov but still allowed to be a judge and fix other felonies if he so desires. The CJP said the “took a corrective action” but we have yet to see it! The result is the man armed in the picture below is mentally ill according to public record on file in Superior Civil Court. Judge James Wagoner gave him back his confiscated weapons, even thought 5 other restraining orders existed, and he was mentally ill and it was court record. The picture below was posted by our stalker and vandal and assaulter. The county under a new DA released him and punished us be allowing these crimes to be committed against us because we had complained about their negligence. There is nothing we can do because he whole republican party that controls this district has been advised to ignore us, and we have the letter they sent to prove it, and still we are ignored! The republicans here are pushing more lax gun control in this county. This man in the picture is mentally ill and has threatened to murder us, and about 10 other of his crime victims. Because we complained, the county armed him and turned him loose on us. He assaulted us, and the police ignored our reports and even falsified our complaint reports on record, and witnesses verify this. So we called Ted Gaines and he had his personal CHP detectives and 8 El Dorado County Sheriffs converge on our residence, while we had guests. I didn’t know politicians could use the police to do their dirty work. I guess if the police ignored them, they could lose their jobs!. They had no warrant, no probable cause or nothing. They just raided our home and privacy to tell us we had no constitutional right to redress our grievances. The county officials interfered with a court order to stop purposeful interface with our business and we lost several hundred thousand dollars and could do nothing. These were alleged in a federal lawsuit under the penalty of perjury. However, the suit is still going but the Federal Court is ignoring our allegations, and allowing the county to rewrite our complaint into non actionable allegations. This is called “misconstruing” a complaint, and apparently there are many civil rights plaintiffs complaining about his corrupt tactic. But there is not a court to sue the court, so you are screwed! So if this politician you think is going to prosecute the assembly, I’m sure that he will be disposed of by the assembly as Ted Gaines does to his constituent. Republicans in this district are constituent molesters at best! They molest the rights of their constituents so they can continue in graft and corruption, and I have the proof, but nobody will listen, and that is the beauty of this! They can be corrupt right out in the open. The D.O.J. will do nothing, the FBI will do nothing. I was a republican and voted for my offenders! I’m not just politically motivated to tarnish them. Their acts tarnish them! I’m just speaking out, and it will probably by my waterloo! But I am an American bound by duty and hope to help other disfavored citizens by stopping these creeps I speak of. An interesting contrast occurred on Orange County, which leads me to believe that corruption tolerance may be jurisdictional, or regional. Elected sheriff Mike Corona, was sentenced in 2009 to 66 months in prison for similar influence peddling in Orange County Calif. The DOJ prosecutor and the Federal Judge supposedly sent a message, but on deaf ears under the Eastern District Court in Sacramento, the Capitol of corruption perhaps. The DOJ prosecutor is no longer working for the DOJ and is in private practice within weeks of prosecuting this corrupt sheriff. It doesn’t pay to be an American! I am a veteran, and had I know what I know now, I would not have joined to give a politician the right to be corrupt, by fighting for his right! I volunteered in military service for the integrity of justice, which is non existent! I hope all Americans, not just Afro Americans who know what I am talking about, take head and speak out, before they crap on your front steps, because you cannot get red of that Ted Gaines type stink when they molest you and your families constitutional rights. ]]>

U.S. citizens have no idea that the Supreme Court holds to a doctrine of immunity that is being abandoned by European countries. Germany abandoned it in 1945, gee I wonder why. The bureaucratic defense is that putting risk into being an official will deter good government. That is it! If you look a immunity, it contradicts the Declaration of Ind. Yet how did it make it into our Supreme court when the Author of Art. III of he Constitution, James Wilson, wrote the basis for his decision in Chisholm v. Georgia in 1792. The basis was obvious to war veterans, but new government wanted despotism rights and Congress overturned Chisholm with the 11th amendment. This is a shocking blow to democracy, but nobody noticed it. Very few have noticed it since, and it is a curse upon the mind of free men who know that tyranny is now a constitutional protected right shared among officials due to the 11th amendment. The 11th amendment immunized officials who signed war debt contracts which were breached after the Revolution. Bankruptcy was a criminal charge, and not an escape from liability. This decriminalized BK offenders who were running our country. Hence the 11th amendment... the silent coup that reinstated many King George III’s. Bogan v. Scott Harris clearly states that corruption is a protected right shared among U.S. official. Stump v. Sparkman affirms SCOTUS stating that Judges are absolutely immune, even if corrupt. Contrast that with the poetry most think means something, “the right to life, liberty, and property.” Gonzales v. Castle Rock affirms that U.S. citizens have no right to life, property, nor liberty, even if the state by court order agrees to protect you in writing with a restraining order or injunction. They do not have to enforce orders if they do not want to, and there is nothing you can do about it, hence, no 1st amendment right to redress grievances! What I am saying cannot be disputed with fact, only ad hominem rhetoric is used. Therefore, U.S. citizens are idiots for not even recognizing that what I have found through simple research. Immunity allows government to commit crimes and violate civil rights without fear of liability... section 1983 of Title 42 of the U.S. code, and others that are not enforceable. Remove the 11th amendment, and we will have the best country on this planet! ]]>

The ad said there would be food, drinks and prizes at the event. The food was chex mix, granola bars, chips, candy, water and nasty coffee. The chips ran out after only about 30 minutes or so. After we werer there about 4 hours, the crowd started cheering for hot dogs, or any type of food with protein. The ad said there would be memorbilia included in the raffle at the end of the evening. There were two total prizes given away. One walk on role for the movie and one big screen TV. No memorbilia or anything else. Just the TV and walk on role. If you are scheduled to attend, please bring whatever food and drink you typically eat so you will not end up starving by the end. He is peculiarly ugly looking.]]>

<![CDATA[The person armed with 2 pistols and 2 assault rifles in this picture is mentally ill. He submitted medical records to the Superior Court trying to sue the people who reported him to the police for shooting their truck. This is public record. He alleged that because his crime victims had him arrested, they cause him to suffer from “manic depressive psychosis” and “personality disorders.” During this crime he was already free on a ¼ million dollar bail for seven other violent felonies. He lost the case and we were given a restraining order. However, because we complained about local law enforcement negligence, the local sheriffs, according to exhibit A1, county policy letter, and local officials would not enforce the restraining order resulting in murder threats, vandalism, assaults and obstruction of justice and 100,000 dollars in loss of property. Because he was already out on bail for a quarter million dollars for 7 counts of stalking and assaulting other citizens, we were wondering how the county could let his happen and we complained. They got really mad when we did this. According to civil rights law, they engaged in “vindictive animus” toward us, the whistle blowers, and set this guy free so that he could stalk us as punishment which is unconstitutional. Even though there were 5 separate restraining orders against this man, the officials who were trying to cover up their own corruption and negligence broke every law themselves to hide their liability. Unbelievable as it sounds, It seems that they were hoping that this guy would kill us, as he had threatened to kill about 1 dozen of his crime victims and witnesses, why else would they violate law to re issue his weapons to him, which he now displays taunting his crime victims who were illegally denied justice! They allowed him to commit more assaults and stalk us for 3 years and would do nothing to protect us denying us the 14th amendment “equal access to protection without purposeful discrimination.” We have to change our names, and abandon our lives and go in hiding just to feel save now. Even though new crime victim bill of rights existed, this county of Republicans under State Legislator Ted Gaines and Congressman Tom McClintock, they denied crime victims their rights in order to hide their negligence and malicious retaliation. Gaines started harassing the whistle blowers to “shut them up.” A judge openly fixed one trial involving 7 assault victims. Because the victims were poor folks, the Judge figured he would not get caught. However, one whistle blower complained to the www.cjp.ca.gov, and on June 9th 2007 this judge was admonished for his crimes, but allowed to continue to be a judge. Senator Dave Cox’s aid sent a letter as evidence to help the whistle blowers that is described as wire fraud by the county under state and federal statutes proving the whistle blowers allegations. A republican board of Supervisor was caught by the Sacramento Republican Party and also the office of Senator Dave Cox. This Board of Supervisor Helen Baumann was caught by them committing the wire fraud to deceive them by creating false arrest reports against the whistle blowers so that her involvement would be overlooked so she could still seek office in the Sacramento District. This backfired however, as the whistle blowers had not been arresed, and the Party Committee member Bob Berger, did not take her word, as other’s have done and he forced the issue. She confessed to the crime, in another letter they provided as evidence, and cast blame on the local sheriff and others, who have since resigned and stepped down abandoning his duly elected post. The Supervisor was later arrested for other charges and was not allowed to run for Sacramento Legislator office…hence “vindictive animus.” Because these credible sources provided the evidence in writing, we filed a federal law suit, but the Federal Courts have not acknowledged the evidence and are hiding it from the record even though we have made at least a dozen objections, they are acting as though we are not part of the proceeding even though we are the plaintiffs. Another fix is brewing…The Code of Silence goes beyond just the police department. The court also covers up for their own! I know it is unbelievable, and that is the problem, the courts know people trust them and nobody will question their abuse of discretion. If you ask me, the MAFIA just took on a more profitable profession, who says crime doesn’t pay! Look at one of these officials pay check! There is much more overt corruption involving this case, but the point is, that in order to escape liability the county officials have rearmed a mentally ill person making it look like our allegations are without merit. They are allowing him, if he so wishes, to carry out his murder threats. The local press has suppressed these undeniable facts for some reason. We feel it is old fashioned cronyism. There are witnesses who provided affidavits attesting that there was an arrangement with the newly elected D.A. who oversaw this travesty of justice There has never been any investigation by local officials, other than the CJP, and 5 restraining order hearings who found our allegations plausible and took “corrective action.” The local officials will say their has been investigations, and contrary to the above citations, they cover up our allegations. Nobody has been interviewed who provided sworn affidavits in their so called investigations, This is abuse of process and discretion and there is no rational basis for it . This is common among corruption cases. Corrupt officials stand a better chance of concealing discovery if they can keep in off record, which this county is experts at it, and there is a recent news article by BOS Jack Sweeney, who stated that “remaining silent is very hard to do” and attributes that to his escaping recall.. The attorney general after making us jump through hoops violated their own procedure. Perhaps a hefty campaign contribution to look the other way? According to the latest Supreme Court case, Brown is accused of influence peddling and intimidating political opponents by members of the Supreme Court see Citizens united v. PEC. We have no money for attorneys and have filed our own law suit in Federal Court. We alleged that we were retaliated against for free speech due to vindictive animus caused by our politically protected speech of whistle blowing as private citizens. This experience has been quite terrifying as plaintiffs. The local county counsel has alleged as defense that my wife and I are employed by the government, and do not have that free speech right citing several case law. Yet we have objected to this malicious misconstruing to deaf ears by a magistrate judge who is a non article III judge and does not have our consent to hear the case, violating state, federal, and local rules, causing a separate constitutional injury to us. We have never been employed by the government, except for military service years ago. We own our own private business, and our political redress is a protected right, not barred by recent cases that prohibit the speech of public employees. Basically the defense is re-alleging or counterfeiting our allegations in their own words to non actionable claims [fraud] and the Federal Courts who seem to hate people, who report government corruption, are buying this fraud defense even though we object openly violating our Constitutional Rights. What are we going to do? Sue the Federal Court? I wonder if they sit up their and have a good laugh about all this deception that cannot be redressed be peon citizens they view as chattel! You believe you have a constitutional right in the United States! I dare you to exercise them! Judges and their staff have “absolute judicial immunity even for corrupt judicial decisions, [see Stump v. Sparkman U.S. supreme court]. We have evidence in writing from the county that was provided by Senator Dave Cox with his seal affixed as “requested evidence for the plaintiffs.” We have an order from the Judge who was caught fixing the criminal defendants trial stating “he would arrest us if we contact the authorities.” How can the officials caught in criminal acts be allowed to arrest their accusers? Isn’t this not supposed to happen in the United States? State Legislator Ted Gaines abused his power under he color of authority and had our house surrounded by 8 cops; not to charge us with a crime or arrest us, but to have the police wield their power and intimidate us and tell us, “we could no longer contact our representatives.” We voted for these clowns! We now no longer vote! I wish I could leave this country now! Had I not had guests over, I am not sure what their intent was, but there were witnesses that day, and that operation to silence witnesses to their crimes backfired on them. I wonder, can these persons kill you to shut you up? There are a lot of unsolved murders, and they did arm a person who said in front of witnesses he would kill his accusers. That is a crime in itself and they allow witnessed felonies against us whistle blowers. I am amazed at the lack of support by citizens who have no empathy for this sort of corruption. Local activists are not concerned with public safety violations; they are only concerned with stopping “property right abuse.” I guess people don’t believe this could happen; and they believe there must be more involved. Yet I assure you, the local Republican Party is trying to hide their dirty laundry at our expense. I have been complaining and naming names, and I do not get sued for libel because what I am saying is 100% true. I have gone out on a limb, believing in our country and constitution, only to find that this “free speech” thing really is a tool to ferret out those who interfere with official malfeasance so they can be dealt with. The U.S. Citizens will not lift a finger to stop corruption. I can only shake my head when I see those same citizens lose their homes due to corrupt government and political graft. The U.S. Citizens will not lift a finger to protect their own homes, how can I expect any different. I marvel when the next mass murderer rampage kills dozens, such as Columbine, Virginia Tech, or Fort Hood. All of those cases do not parallel the pre mass murder scenario I describe, but all have officials turning a blind eye to citizens warning officials of bizarre violence against them, the warning signs ignored such as we redress. But yet they are ignored resulting in your family members being butchered down by mentally ill people whom they arm through negligence or willful malice in this case by ignoring laws to protect us. Basically, the U.S. Constitution is a poem and a utopian theory. Disfavored citizens are not discriminated by skin color, but by their objection to being abused under the color of power. The skin color element is a design overshadowing the real problem… the “abuse of power under the color of law,” Title 42 Section 1983 United States Code prevents corruption, and corruption is profit for them. They do not act corrupt for nothing folks! The United States code within the code has several statutes that say that all citizens of the U.S. are to act and be treated like “White People.” Non whites have never objected to this, and I have no idea why! Humans should all be treated like “civilized humans.” Hitler was a white person, Mussolini, Charles Manson are white. The United States has no right to set “white people” as the standard of review, or a “superior race” to be an example for non whites to measure up to. It is reminiscent of Hitler’s Superior Race codifying this bizarre government policy. See how sneaky U.S. officials are! They established a superior race and put it in the Statutes without a word, unlike Hitler whose big mouth probably undermined what the United States did in a statute buried deep in a book that nobody would read. However I suspect that politics is so alluring, that factions divided by skin color will acquiesce to believe their leaders who profit off of constituents. Read title 18 United States Code section 1961 and 1962 and learn that he United States has decided Human Beings must be held to the standard of “white people.” So now I know why murders are allowed to be committed. I learned that the Supreme Court Case, Gonzales v. Castle Rock states that citizens have “No Constitutional right to be protected from private violence or mad men, even if they have a restraining order contract to restrain the possible violence.” Thus a person who will murder has a “constitutional right to not be interfered with until the murder is committed.” Not until violence or murder can the police interfere, and the restraining order is “no intended to restrain but to enhance penalties for a murder or act of violence in violation of a “restraining order,” according to the Supreme Court! So not to confuse and endanger victims by giving them false hope, it should be called a “prison enhancement order.” Had Oscar Grant not had a recording of the event, a murder would have been excused by BART officials. This is the logic of our Supreme Court. Yet, the Supreme Court Case Bogan v. Scott Harris clearly states that the Supreme Court interprets the Constitution to give State, Federal, and some local governments a “Constitutional right to be immune from liability for even corrupt acts.” Political corruption has more precedence and consideration than that of human life in our constitution, according to the Supreme Court! I have never met anyone who is aware of this, because this is not in the Constitution, but buried in Supreme Court case law such as the above two I cite. I have heard fellow citizen’s brag about how our country, unlike others values human life, yet they are wrong and misguided. We are no different than other countries, except we hide it better, and national pride condones this lack of regard for human life with a blind eye! I hope if anybody reads this they look into this. I have contacted the Governor, and it was his advice that steered me to the CJP who “took a corrective action” against the judge, but we have not seen any correction. Since then the Republican Party has rallied the troops and they now obstruct justice to avoid a scandal. Keep it off record is their task and it is working! I have contacted Senator Dave Cox, Legislator Ted Gaines, Senator Barbara Boxer, Congressman Tom McClintock, Local Sheriff, Sacramento FBI, the DOJ and they do nothing, even though it can’t be denied that they armed a mental patient whom they covered up the cases involving a dozen separate unrelated crime victims. They are trying to pass conceal and carry legislation here and this would just muddy their agenda, so they risk the lives of your children! By the way, the man in the picture held a pistol to the head of kids in a delusional rage and caused a car accident and held the gun to the accident victims heads and several drive by witnesses he was acquitted only because the judge ordered the Jury to “believe the testimony as truthful” [quoting Judge James Wagoner] of the defendant regardless of the overwhelming evidence, witnesses and facts. It’s all on record! Justice is jurisdictional according to my research. Recently elected sheriff Mike Corona was sentenced in Orange County o 66 months in federal prison for similar “influence peddling” and government deception. This Jurisdiction has oppressed the citizens from taking action, and there is nothing that can be done when our checks and balances have been hijacked to protect official’s right to be corrupt. Judge James Wagoner, in a cronyism mock trial armed a mentally ill person with weapons he used to threaten to murder 7 people, who all testified to this. He illegally influenced a Jury to have them acquit this guy as his part in a county policy to hide their liability for allowing mental patients to use weapons when laws are there to disarm people mentally ill and endangering public safety. ]]>

<![CDATA[Please, Please help me!! I am a mother and my 15 year old son was physically assaulted and battered by a middle aged man on Halloween evening, Sat. Oct.31 st., at around 9:15 p.m. in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of Skyhawk, resulting in his two front teeth being knocked out. This man was attending a Halloween house party where both kids and adults were present on the corner of San Ramon Way and Sunhawk Drive. We were trick-or-treating with our family when he punched my son in the face four times, resulting in both of his front teeth being knocked out, and then returned into the house where the party was being held. He fled the scene before the police could arrive. This was not a teenage brawl. This was a grown man that did this in front of myself, my husband and the rest of our children. He was a white male, approximately 38-45 years old, about 5'8"-5'10" and about 175-185 lbs. He was wearing a pale yellow short sleeved, collared, polo style shirt and a dark blue or black fitted baseball cap with a circle or oval shaped patch sewn on the front of it. Chances are he had been dressed this way all day. He was not in costume. Maybe he was a parent that attended your childs soccer game that morning?
