Working with the SPM the lead will review cases within an area, analyze cases for additional detail and/or scrub cases to flush out new taxonomy nodes PFA Audits: • Audit reviewed cases per area in OEM and Retail NA every month. Audit Foreign Language PFA’s by reviewing English cases they’ve coded. Be responsible for generating the reports that communicate the results to PFA’s, SPM’s, and Management. Post the results on the Sharepoint site. • Schedule and lead a series of LiveMeetings with the PFA’s and the SPM’s to discuss the results. Must be able to take emergency calls at any hour, and respond to email or phone requests for assistance swiftly during business hours. Will need to go onsite on short notice in case of emergencies such as server outages. This is not a 40-hour per week position, work usage is expected to be light. The Everett office has thirteen computers (four running Vista the rest XP), one laptop running Vista and one Dell server running Server 2003 configured as a RAID 10 with SCSI drives which was installed in 11/07. The OS was recently reinstalled due. Backup Exec is used for disaster recovery, AVG Business for anti-virus and Postini for Anti-Spam. Arlington has a dedicated workstation running WinConnect that it uses to access the Everett server (they call it a Tserver but it definitely isn’t a terminal server). Both locations use accounting software developed by Thomson Reuters, Creative Solutions CS, Ultra Tax, Practice, Fixed Assets, etc. The accounting software has tech support with Thomson, but any experience with those applications would be considered a plus. Both offices use MS Office products (2007 in Everett not sure if Arlington uses 2003 or 2007 but it’s probably a mixture). I don’t have the specifics on the Arlington server but know they have at least four workstations all running XP. They use the Windows Backup software on their server for disaster recovery (and the team don’t know how to restore from it). Both offices have a partial T1 for both data and voice as well as Comcast for additional broadband (download with the Comcast and upload with the T1). Goal Service Levels: A response call/email for non-emergency items within two hours during normal business hours. Emergencies, by their nature, usually need rapid response 24x7, menaing a response call/email within 30 minutes. Most need can be handled remotely simply by VPN access to talking lcal IT staff through the process, but as mentioned above, some on-site help is needed (like adding a new workstation to the domain, or emergencies).
