Direct experience managing fulfillment on LEED projects will be a plus.<br><br>The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an Architecture school and 10 years of professional experience in the field. Successful individuals will demonstrate strong design skills, have solid technical skills, and be proficient with AutoCAD, freehand drawing and rendering software, and MS Office Suite. But if you’re technically oriented, have strong trouble-shooting skills, and love to work with your hands, you might embrace the challenges presented in the mechanical and industrial career field. <br> <br> WHAT WILL YOU DO? <br> If it’s a machine, vehicle, or electronic system used by the Navy, chances are that Sailors in the mechanical and industrial field fix, maintain, inspect, and/or operate it. The project consists of excavation, embankment, paving. I would like this person to be a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Alaska (or be able to achieve that registration). The Community Building Division focuses on urban infill/redevelopment/land use. <br> <br> This is an opportunity for a highly visible, senior professional to join our collaborative, multi-discipline firm and establish a Community Building Practice in Bellevue, and work in a collaborative leadership role with Office Leadership and Program Management to develop clients, identify projects, and grow professional staff. <br> <br> The qualified Practice Builder will: <br> <br> •Serve as a sales leader to grow established and new client relationships with the goal of increasing Parametrix project revenues from Community Building work in the Puget Sound area <br> •Work closely and collaboratively with the Office Principal, Business Development Program Managers, other Principals, Division Managers, and Project Managers in the implementation of client and project objectives <br> •Demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of projects across multiple business lines while maintaining focus on client relations, product quality, and staff development <br> •Embrace the company vision and serve as a role model for our core values <br> •Provide experience in land use planning infill, TOD, redevelopment, and economic development <br> •Lead multi-disciplined project teams in the implementation of projects from planning through construction with a client focus approach exceeding client expectations <br> •Possess successful track record in building client relationships involving complex infrastructure, environmental and land use with private and public clients <br> <br> Qualified candidates will be highly entrepreneurial, allowing the qualified candidate the opportunity to create a Community Building division with a unique vision for the future.
