I am a 34 year old single dad AND full time student. Dont drink or smoke. Good guy/dad with a GREAT kid(son-12), We're both honest and reliable, laid back yet hard working normal guys. And "attempted" Long story short, here it is:

Everything was great and one day there was a knock at my door. It was the bank and NOT MINE. Aparently the woman i was renting from hadnt [aid the house note in some time and it was now time for things to get serious. I had no clue of this and had been paying this woman rent for 6+ months. AND had just made a $650 payment "3" days prior to this wonderful news and to sum things up they told me I had 6 days to be OUT!
When i woke from shock I had scatter brains for the rest of that day and the day after. Then I went and got a storage.
Since i had just given this woman $650 funds were low. Defanitely not enough to move into a new place. Not in that amount of time. We went into survival mode. now im just trying to reach out and see if and whats available.

My son and I slept on my newly widowed grandfathers couch for a week or so until he gave me $200 to leave. said he needed to be alone? never had much of a relationship with them...??Then I asked a friend if we could crash there until my school quarterly check came in. He agreed to giving us 1/2 the house for $225 on the spot. We wrote up an greement and i moved our clothes in.he must of been broke cuz 4 days into our living arangement i get a phone call from "HIM" screaming and threatening me and my belongings because he couldnt figure out how my sons ps3 worked. If i couldnt get there in 2 minutes to fix it he was going to BREAK all of my SON'S things. Later that night while we were still away i got another call telling me NOT to come home because the cops were on the way because someone had pulled a gun on someone else in front of his apartment over stolen property that was aparently in his or "OUR" house!
too much for me.
Needless to say it was in our best interest to let him keep the money, pack our things the next day and get outta' dodge!
So we did just that. But now, all of a sudden im scrambling for a place to lay our heads? i guess its been awhile and i forgot how crazy people and life can get or BE? we're crashed on my son's "great grandmother's couch." School just started for my son and starts for me the 27th.
Thats the short version.

A little about me, I dont drink or smoke. Dont party or go out. If it wasnt for my plan/dedication to go to school and get trained more to ensure my sons success in life i would be working right now. But school starts VERY soon. Anyhow, If i do go out its with my son. I take him places a couple times a week.(movies, drive in, spend a day in Seattle etc) ive been single for about 2+ years. I have no company over or over night guests besides occational friends of my sons and we pretty much keep to ourselves. We're into Motorcycles and old school cars, classics and hot rods. Thats what im going to school for and ride/drive. As for my son, hes a good little dude. well mannered, caring -honest little man. Im very fortunate.
Were both in school, FULL time and home at nights doing homework and cooking dinner and showering up. Thats about it. on the weekends we'll go out here and there and do as i explained above. And thats the simple life we live. We have very little family around. and there older and not too close to us.

What we are looking for is a small apartment or studio or loft/garage, or a small duplex or mother in law home -sounds weird asking for such a range of places but ive seen some unique places out there and now need one myself! We would like and NEED to move in as soon as possible due to the lack of space and awkwardness where we are now. Plus it is very far from my sons school. over an hour away-one way. As for payment I will have $ from my loans and grant that i will recieve THIS MONTH to pay rent. plus i can have a couple hundred now. I can also do work, paint, carpentry, clean etc in exange for deposit and/or rent. I was working and have my own business license and do home reapair and maintenance but recently stopped taking on jobs due to scheduling going back to school in. Which has proven to be dificult to say the least.

able to afford 4 to $600 a month for rent during school-

If you have a place and are willing to work with us please send me a message and we can meet or ? or if you need some work or cleaning and have a place we could stay and study that would be great. I feel rediculous writing this to "strangers" but its hard to find a place in this situation. Things are so expensive when i read adds in the paper.

My e-mails go to my cell so ill get it right away and respond.

I'm looking for a room in the $400/month range. My ideal situation would be something like this: You're a mellow, established, sane gay or gay-friendly person, with a room in a quiet, clean, lowkey place, near main bus lines, with pets, 420 friendly, in the Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, SLU, Belltown, or Downtown area, but I'm a little flexible on location as long as you're in the main part of Seattle. A a private bathroom or entrance would be awesome. It'd be nice to find a roommate I can watch movies with, but who also does their own thing and appreciates time alone, like I do. I don't need internet or phone, but cable might be nice. I'm looking to move in October 1st. It'd be nice to find a place where I can pay the security deposit, if there is one, over the first month or two.

Some info about me: I'm a mellow, intelligent, clean and quiet, responsible, sometimes hilarious, free-spirited yet grounded guy. I enjoy stimulating conversations, documentaries, politics and comparative religion, PC games, and working towards greener, better living. I'm a freelance hair colorist, and I'm with the largest temp agency in Seattle, currently doing a one-month stint at a high rise property management office downtown. I always pay my rent and bills on time, and had my own apartment in San Francisco for two and a half years before moving here in '09. I've been on the lease at my current place with my roommates for the last year. I'm moving out to be closer to work and school. I have glowing rental references available. I spent time a year and half living/working at a Buddhist center in San Francisco, and was even a monk briefly in 2005, so I'm cool with roommates and alternative living situations. I'm definitely not looking for a party house or anywhere a train of new people are coming over regularly at. I go out to socialize and meet people, and rarely, if ever, have friends over. I cook about 3-5 times a week, mostly vegetarian (though I do eat meat sometimes), always clean up after myself, and don't have a lot of stuff - just one normal-sized room of stuff and my bicycle. I bus or bike everywhere. I'm set to adopt a ragdoll cat this month from a cat breeder who had a stroke and can't take care of her cats anymore. He's 5 years old, fully immunized and neutered, litterbox trained, and ridiculously affectionate yet non-annoying. I'd love to find someone who has a sociable cat too - Ragdolls are one of the sweetest dispositioned cat breeds... and he meets and exceeds the standard, for sure. He'd make a great friend for another kitty.

I'm a Pisces, for those interested in astrology. I have professional experience in pet care, personal assisting, and cleaning and maintaining hostels and monasteries, so if you could benefit from my skills more than you need rental income - let's talk!

All that being said, if you're intrigued or think we might mesh well, send me an email and tell me about yourself, the house, pets, the room, rent costs, etc.

Thanks

I'm a quiet young professional, re-located for better career opportunities (I work in theatre and the beauty industry) and to be back where I grew up. I take a lot of pride in my living space, enjoy gardening and relaxing outdoors (so some sort of yard or porch/veranda would be nice), and would like to be within walking/biking distance to stores and businesses. I have one small, adult, female cat who is well behaved, has been spayed, and I use SoftPaws claw caps to prevent damage to property (both yours and mine). I am fastidiously clean about litter boxes and have never had issues with smell or soiling as a result of my cat.
Prefer upper levels if possible, main floor OK though.

Prefer private entry.

Must allow a cat.

800-1200 sq. ft preferred.

Must have a bathtub as well as shower, or tub/shower combo (not just a shower stall).

Prefer wood floors, carpeting OK.

Gas stove would be awesome, but it's not a requirement.

Must have updated and grounded outlets and updated circuit breakers (please no knob-and-tube wiring).

Parking available, on-street OK if easily found such as a residential area, off-street would be great though.

Must have laundry at least on-site, if not in-unit.

Hello potential roomie!

I’m looking for a room and house to share with some responsible people who also know how to have fun. The current roommate whom I live with is easy to live with but we dont have much in common. It would be great having some social roommates; people who like to do things!

Now that you know what I'm looking for let me tell you a bit about myself. I just graduated from the UW in June. I am employed at the sports shop where I worked at while in school but I’m looking for my 1st REAL full time job (whoot! I’m super excited for that).

My activities include: skiing (im as ski instructor), running, the occasional rock climbing, and going out. I LOVE to cook too and come with a very well stocked kitchen. However, I don’t do much cooking unless it is for company. It’d also be fun to get back into yoga if there are any potential roomies out there who do that. Now that I'm out of school id love to watch more movies too!!!

I come from a large Irish Catholic family so I don’t mind having lots of people around (even spontaneously). I’m not usually the type of roommate to have lots of company but would like to live in a house where that would not be a problem and have my roomies reciprocate the same feeling.

I have a dog named Jack. He is one of the sweetest, friendliest, socialized, well-trained dogs you could meet. While he is a large dog, at 70 lbs, he does comes with written references. My current property manager made an acceptation for him on the no dog policy in the unit where I currently live. I know people are not hot about the idea of dogs especially; large ones so let me tell you a bit more about him.

Jack is incredibly quiet and mellow. I take him on runs about 2 or 3 times a week. Jack is also a working dog. He gets to work with me and socialize with all of the customers/ dogs that come in. Jack has helped me to socialize aggressive dogs and acts company for dogs of my dog-sitting clients.

I have had Jack for 5 ½ years and he has never had a yard. I would prefer a house with a yard so he can stay outside on days where I have to be gone for long hours (plus id like to have a yard too but its not a requirement).

I think that is all I’d like to say as far as personality goes. My price range is $600 to $700 and I would like something long term. Most importantly I am looking for people in the 23-35 range only.

If I seem like I could be a potential match to be your roomie please give me a call/ text at 206.250.7764 or reply via e-mail. Can’t wait to hear from you!
My name is Jacque (JAK-kee). I will soon be moving back to Seattle from Tucson, AZ to persue a certificate in Cosmetology and am in need of a room while I get settled. I'm pretty easy going and open minded. I'm out-going but by no means invasive. I may only be 18 but you'll find I have a pretty solid head on my shoulders. I'm earthy and excited about life. My friends have said I have a classic, almost 70s vibe, about me. I'm pretty independent but I'm willing to learn what I can from those around me. I'm vegetarian. I love to laugh, dance and sing-a-long. Music and other fine arts are a pretty big deal to me. I'm as much of a smoker as someone can be at my age and I dabble in 420 activities from time to time. I'm not much of a drinker (it'll be there when I'm 21), but I'm okay with responsible partiers.
I have a facebook, feel free to check it out:

What I'm looking for:
A room that I can rent for either 3 months or a room that I can share with my boyfriend after he's saved some money and can afford to move too (he's 24).
Roomates who are compatible and friendly enough to live with
It'd be nice if the house had some sort of bonding activities (I'd like to know the people I live with)
NO CREEPS! I WILL NOT exchange myself for a place to live. I have morals, values, ethics, and am already in a relationship.
And I won't clean for you either.
Age: 18-25ish
Rent: $450 and lower

My Money Situation:
Since I was a little girl, my parents have been saving up money for me to go to a 4-year college, little did they know I would be going to beauty school instead and that Veteran Affairs would pay for it (thanks dad for being a veteran!) so I'm left with about 2 years worth of rent in savings. Plus I plan on getting some sort of job once I get there and get a perminate address.

Please email me back using the above email address or feel free to add me on facebook and shoot me a message.

If you are interested in talking further, you can reach me at: (425) 334-7848. Just leave a message if I'm not home to answer your call. I'm interested mostly in Madrona, Leshi, Madison, Madison Valley and Capital Hill areas. However, areas a little north would also be alright. I'm moving to Olympia for a job at the Washington Conservation Corps, I'll be digging trail and doing other outdoorsy environmental work for the next year. My work schedule will involve me being gone in the forest for many days at a time.

I currently live in Eugene, Oregon which is a very liberal hippie type city. I love it here and have lived here my whole life.

When I am not obsessing over building the most beautiful trail known to human kind, I spend most of my time creating really awful electronic music and tinkering with my computer. I've been known to DJ the occasional secret forest gathering.
I enjoy delicious beer, hiking/camping/backpacking and all that jazz, reading, learning to knit (I am so bad), video games, movies etc etc. the usual. I am mildly obsessed with gathering music and have a gigantic collection of everything you could think of.. So yeah, music and nature and love and being happy are the things I am rockin at the moment. I'm a nerd. I'm looking for community and friendly interesting people who are motivated in life to get a crapload out of it, lets go play kickball or something? I'm cool with animals, too.

Some movies I enjoy: Princess Mononoke, The Big Lebowski, I <3 Huckabees, Waking Life.

Music!: Modest Mouse, Aphex Twin, The Beta Band, The Arcade Fire, Cocorosie, Proem, Velvet Underground, Plaid, Orbital, The Violent Femmes, The Dodos, Autechre, Old Crow Medicine Show, Squarepusher, BOARDS OF CANADA ! !!

Books!: Terence McKenna knows whats up. I've yet to finish what I'm readin but Tom Robbins is crazy awesome. I just finished A Confederacy of Dunces which was great. J.R.R Tolkien, David Eddings, Piers Anthony, Terry Pratchett, Neil Gaiman.

I didn't think anyone looked in this section. lol Anyway, we are a family of 4, looking for 2+br and 1+ba, duplex, townhouse, or house for no more than 900 a month. Preferably a down stairs unit since I have two girls age 6 and 21months. They are pretty well behaved, but they're kids, and run around from time to time.

I am a stay at home mom that loves to garden and my fiance is a Journeyman electrician. He helps out the apartments we live at with maintenance, the pool, and is also the emergency key holder. We have lived at this apt complex for almost 7yrs now and have great rental history, and never any complaints.
The apts we live at, have become unsafe for our family. People don't watch their kids, there is alot of drug activity, and I accually stepped on a dirty needle outside in my hallway!

The only thing that has really been holding us back is...our dog. I hesitate to say this because I have tried many times before to find a rental, but as soon as I say I have a dog, they won't rent to us. Our dog has been part of the famiy for 11yrs now. She is a 45lb Boxer/ Bulldog mix and very mellow. She has bad knees and doesn't move much plus she sleeps alot. I can assure you that I am a VERY responsible pet owner and ALWAYS clean up after her! One of my biggest pet pieves is people who don't pick up after their dog and let them run wild around the neighborhood.

We are looking for a family friendly neighborhood that is not on a busy street, anywhere from North Seattle, Ballard area to South Everett or Lake Stevens and anywhere in between. Of course a yard would be a plus as well as w/d in unit. We are not very picky people, but the most important thing of all is my family's safety!

If you have a home that you would be willing to rent to us, please write to me with the address and a way to get a hold of you, plus the monthly amount and deposits etc.

Thank you so much for considering my family and continuing to read even after reading we have a dog !! lol.. You don't know how much this means to us!!!

Call me at 904-229-5195 Mike | I am in need of housing. I am from Oklahoma and will be attending The Evergreen State College in the Fall. I'm 19 and took a year off of school to volunteer, work, and decide on a direction for my life ( I think that this could be seen as an example of maturity). I am a really relaxed person (one might say "chill"). I am, a movie junkie ( Antonioni, Wong Kar Wai, Spike Lee, Jim Jarmusch, Hal Ashby). I also love music and tend to incessantly make mix cds for friends in my spare time, its my one vice in this world. I listen to just about anything. I would say "anything but country" however I think that would sound just a tad too pretentious, even for me. I also love to read in my spare time ( Kathy Acker, Julio Cortazar, Ryu Murakami). I love animals, my family has had many pets so its a good thing that I love animals or that could just be bad for everyone involved. It has been noted that I have a dry sense of humor; although at the moment I think all of my attempts to be witty are sadly, failing. Anyhow, I can cook ( I once wanted to be a chef) and would be willing to share any food or cook for you at some point. Also, I know how to clean up after myself, its something that my mother has ingrained into me since I was a small child as I have been cleaning, cooking, and washing my own clothes since I was at least 8 or 9 years old. I am not a partier in the least, I don't think my personality would lend itself to that kind of environment anyhow. I typically prefer just hanging out with friends, having potlucks, and going to museums.I know it may sound a bit boring to some but it is what I prefer. Also, I am very socially and politically conscious, as I feel it is important to be aware of the world in which we all live.

Now to the important details:
I would not be arriving in Olympia until the September 18, so I would not be able to meet you before that or see the room. However, as I know that that could be seen as an issue for anyone, I would be willing to pay not only the rent for September but a $100 deposit as well. I would prefer something between $100 - $475 this price includes utilities. I would not mind living outside the Olympia area however, I would still need to be by a busline that would take me to Olympia as I would be attending school there with classes 3 days a week.

Additionally, I will be doing an internship in relation to my studies, so I will be a very busy person. A typical weekday starts at 6-6:30 am (class at 8am) and ends when I get home from work at 10:30ish. Like I said...busy!

I'm clean, respectful, and pick up after myself. I'm quiet, laid-back, and at my age, not wanting a whole lot of drama. I'm kinda handy to have around the house, and am good at fixing things. Strangely, I like yardwork, and love to garden. Also, I don't do drugs of any kind, and drink socially - in moderation.

That's a little about me and what I'm looking for. If you have a situation like I've described, or something in the ballpark, please get back to me. None if my Santa's list is set in stone if I happen to stumble upon something irresistible, or people who make life enjoyable.

I'm down to earth and won't cause any trouble. If anyone is out there that is interested please reply to this post. Thanks. | My family and myself need a home on acreage,5 acres or more. Definitely need privacy and the bigger the buffer from neighbors the better. We raise sled dogs and dont want any noise issues. I have 2 old dogs that are house dogs and the rest are outside dogs, will set up kennels and fencing. I love to garden and really enjoy a well kept yard,so will do that without question. Heres the next clincher, I am unemployed and on unemployment. I know in the landlord book that is really scary but it is steady income while I seek new employment (thank you economy). The home we are currently in is too small and not enough room from neighbors. I can afford up to 1200.00 per month.

I am just browsing ads online for pricing and locations. I am currently renting a house in West Seattle. I've been renting the home for 2yrs and it's time for a change. I would definatly stay if the house was a little newer and had a yard for my daughter and of course the utilities didn't cost so much. Anyway I am looking for a townhome or duplex or small house. I would like to find a 3 bedroom so my daughter has her own room and I have a extra room for my art studio.

I am 29yrs old, my daughter is 4yrs old. I work for a development company and I manage 14 rental apartment homes and condominiums so I am very familiar with the laws as I've been doing this for 7yrs. I am a great tenant and I pay my rent on time every month. I did file for bankruptcy in 2008 due to my divorce but my credit should be very much improving now as I pay all my bills on time as well. I am a very clean and organized person and I don't smoke nor do drugs, clean background and very respectful.

I would like to find a place where we will have a yard and a place that will accept pets. We currently have a very lazy cat who is 7yrs old and I would REALLY like to get a dog down the road... no plans right now but I would like to get a great dane at some point.

Anyhow... if you have a rental property that you know the current teants will be moving out around the end of January... I would love to see pictures and perhaps see it or keep me in mind.

I am capable of putting down a deposit once I find something that I really like.

Thanks for reading!!!

I am a clean professional who is looking for a place to live (a room to rent) in the East side with my quite dog. I am very adaptable, however a big closet is a must. I am a respectful individual and I am looking for a calm environment (no parties, no drama, no alcohol, no smoking nor drugs). I would like to find a pet-friendly home where someone can help me with my dog if im not at home( he is and old dog and slep all the time, extremely quite). I spend most of the time out because of work and also i go to California where my family is at least 2 times per month.

My budget would allow to pay $550 _650 just depends or a litle bite more, a month for a room in a house with the characteristics listed above. Thank you very much, I look forward to hear from someone who has such a room home available

I'm an artist/writer.
I'm securely employed.
Make decent cash.

I'm looking to rent a room, or room/bath, or MIL...Anything like that... from easygoing people... be you straight, gay, male, female, single, a couple, or a collective or network... I live my own life, and its mine, not yours. You don't have to be a part of it, and I won't be offended if you'd rather just keep it as a tenant/landlord thing, or go into friendship or association/networking that benefits either side or both. And in return, the same could be said about your life and what role I play in it....or DONT play in it.
I'm looking to cut my living expenses down, so I can take care of other financial matters more freely and live more peacefully...
Kinda Doctor's orders. I react to stress poorly, apparently.

I would like to find someplace unique with people I could even befriend.
I'd like to spend less than 400, but could spend more.
I have room to breathe and flex.
But WANT to lower my costs of living as much as possible...
Not to be cheap, but to free up the bands of stress that constrict my heart, soul, mind, etc.
I want to live freely, comfortably....not bound by circumstance and schedule.

I'm very laid back.
I'm quiet and keep to myself most of my thoughts, but I DO have a knack for proper and clear communication.
I'm reasonably clean. Mostly, just mildly scatter-brained. (artists,... go figure, right?)
I've got a 50" plasma/surround/dvd to share...if that matters? Does your living room look at you like it might want a small theater?
hehe
I've only Minimal other furnitures, which I could get rid of if necessary....
But I do have a Queen bed....so I need a room at least THAT large.

There are really only 3 other things I NEED in a place....

1- I have TWO CATS. Pheinix and Hayley, Both pretty well mannered, 'cool cats'. Both litter trained, but I wouldn't mind, and would prefer if there was an outdoor place to keep the litter box. like a deck or a yard or something. (they're finnicky and only go in the box... they don't even go in grass or dirt. Its weird.)
2- I do NEED 1 parking space... somewhere... as I have a pretty car, which is also my source of income and I need to keep it in shape and safe from break-in theft and so on....
3- I'm a classically and commercially trained Artist. I don't do it for a living, but rather because I am driven to do it. So, I Kinda NEED a space to do PAINTINGs...(ie, 7ft tall easel/drop cloth and supplies table), but I could work in my OWN room if it had the space...so, larger could be better if you don't like to occasionally witness an artist at work, or see stuff just sitting on an easel for a few days as it waits for the weekend to be worked on. But again, larger room isn't necessary if there's a space somewhere in the house that I could use. It doesn't take much room to work on a painting on an easel. But it does occupy a corner or something. Other arts I do don't take up the space like that. Drawing can be done in a lap and cozy chair. digital and writing, well, those are done on a computer, and anywhere a laptop can go, it can be done... and so on and so forth.

The only other matter to address....

I'm Not in a HUGE Hurry to find a place YET.
Because I'm currently paid until the end of my current lease.... Which terminates at the END of September.
A lot of people don't want to trust someone to move in a month down the road.... but like I said. Reducing stress is my number one goal here. So I'm at it early.

And if it matters to you,...I'm 28, straight, and very tolerant of others and their lifestyle choices.
To each his own.
Its really no skin off my nose.
So, I'm very easy to get along with.
And I'm cooperative and pliable and helpful.
:)

Anyway, If Someone, Somewhere, Out There, in the Seattle area... ( I don't want to commute, if that's an indication as to where I want to reside)
...has anything like this available and is willing to take cash and contract to hold it till I'm ready to leave.... OR will be having something like this coming available at that time... please, get a hold of me, and we could totally line it up.
:)

Again, just a practice for reducing stress.... Planning well. Planning ahead of time. And Executing smoothly.

I would prefer Downtown, Ballard, Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, Wallingford, etc. Someplace Close.

| I don't know if I got this listed in the correct area here....The posting title says it all. I know we are not the only ones to have faced foreclosure but that is our case. I was the one who was able to make the most money out of the 2 adults and the economy took our home and my job. She does work and I am actively seeking work but its very difficult and hard to find something at least half of what I was making before. Currently our housing is in a garage with a friend but this is no place to have a home or even something to put my wife and daughter through. I know its very hard on them both, especially the wife. The friend we are staying with has her problems/issues as well and its too much for me to see what she is doing to her life, not to mention what might potentially happen. I understand there is drug use now, I don't like it and its not safe. That is why I'm making a desperate plea here.

I do have skills myself, that is construction. I have been a commercial plumber for almost 12 years now and have done a bit of everything else along the way. She is a care taker for a single woman. My daughter is 4 years old, we do have a dog and 2 cats that I don't want to have to part ways with, it would upset both the daughter and the wife. The dog is very well behaved, non aggressive, more or less a Heinz 57 guy, clean (we give him weekly baths) cats are the same...clean and bathed. I have what was once our home jammed packed into 3 storage units that are ridiculous in price to pay.

Ideally we'd like to find a home that some one might have that is livable but in need of fixing up and TLC. In no way am I asking for anything for free...myself and her have worked hard to get what we have and appreciate that and realize it does take money to make way in life. We do have our appliances from our home I took (all stainless steel) that I'd be happy to leave in a home that needed them. If you read this and either you might have the situation we are looking for or know some body with a place, any help would be appreciated. This does not have to be a long term situation, if it turns out that way, great....I think we will be renting for quite awhile now, this is simply to get out of the situation we are in at the present, find some kind of work that supplement's a double income and get on our feet. I thought we were going to be ok here but like stated earlier...I have learned other things and its just not safe.

Compared to what we see out there, I'd have to say that honestly we are down to earth people, avoid confrontations, daughter is very well behaved and adorable. We do not use drugs, have a drink once in awhile, like wine..nothing hard. I put 300 as starting price for rent, I'm positive we can pay more and as soon as something comes through for work for me, we can do more.

Would like to trade with a large home, at least four bedrooms, or commercial, in the greater Puget Sound area. The trade value can be up to US $1,100,000 (this is what we paid six years ago!), although we would prefer a property with lesser value (we owe $750,000). We most likely will not take on any more debts but inquire, if you believe it can work.

I rather live with one other person, only. I also have two cats with me. I'm very clean, don't do drugs (and prefer not to be around them), don't smoke, and drink occasionally with my girls. I'm hoping to find a place in Bellevue because I will be attending school in November. I'm looking for a drama-free and quiet environment as I will be sleeping most of the time I'm at home. I don't care if you're a guy or girl, though I would prefer a guy because I've rarely gotten along well with girls.

Please don't be creepy, just because I'd prefer a male roommate doesn't mean I'm looking for anything more than a roommate. | hello i am looking for a 1 bdr place. i would like it to have a yard for my 1 year old dog. i pay my rent on time and have 2 secure sources of income. thank you | I am a professional with a family. I have few belongings so a "cozy" unit would not be a problem. It is important for the unit to have hardwood floors and to receive lots of natural light. I earn a stable income, however, I am only able to pay up to $1200 in total move-in costs. In addition, I can only afford up to $700 per month for rent, and I would like to live in or near the Central District community.

Thank you for reading this posting and, if possible, for providing a housing opportunity that would be a good fit for me.
