Tailgate folds down to use as a ramp. I have the certificate for registering and getting license plate and tab. Unit is 4'x8' and is rated at 1/2 ton for loads. About the bike- Big Mike's Choppers are hand built in Bend and this particular model comes with an 88in Revtech motor that makes about 80 hp and a 5 speed Revtech transmission. The motor comes with a 3 year 30000 mile warranty and the tranny is 5 years 50000 miles, because it hasn't been titled yet the clock has not started on the warranties.
