Position Description: Point B is currently hiring for a Business Applications Lead to work on our internal Information Technology team. The Business Applications Lead will be responsible for coordinating a team of system and business analysts in a matrixed organization as well as providing hands-on support for daily business application support. The Lead will work most closely with the Systems Analyst and Business Applications Manager on the enhancement, maintenance and deployment of systems supporting core internal business functions (professional services automation, CRM, recruiting, resource management, talent/performance management and HR). Coordinate efforts of a team of up to three members, ensuring that time is being spent on correctly prioritized tasks. • Conduct weekly team meetings. Elevate critical issues in a timely manner so that resources can be allocated as needed. • Proactively communicate with various Point B business area stakeholders to understand needs and concerns.
