<![CDATA[Up for sale is one North Face 3 season 3 person tent slept in exactly 5 nights total. I am extremly picky cautious with all my stuff and this tent is perfect. After each of my 3 outings in it I carefully cleaned it out and then let it hang dry (pitched) in my garage for at least 24hrs to completely dry. Then carefully / loosely packed it back up and stored it in the original box. The only nit pick is the North Face laminate name on one door started to lightly peel off one side so I just pulled off as much as I could since it is just a laminate and not sewn in. Only cosmetic and zero issue/concern for functionality. In my opinion this is between a 3 and 4 season tent being a 3 pole design, it is VERY sturdy like a 4 season built with lighter more breathable materials. One solo night I took it out near Mt Rainier it DUMPED rain all night, like the kind of rain that makes you laugh in awe by how intense it is. I kept checking every few hours if I was swimming in a pool of water and ended up with ZERO water during a all out all night rain downpour. I purchased both the gear loft & foot print which can be used to pitch just the rainfly for a ultralight shelter. I would be happy to set it up with you if you want to check it out before you buy it. I am in no hurry to sell it, bottom line the tent is a perfect shape ready for years of service so don't bother with low ball offers. Priced with both footprint & gearloft this is a very attractive piece of gear if you are looking for a very sturdy/bomberproof 3.5 season tent. The picture of the packed tent is packed VERY loosely and can easily be compressed MUCH smaller by I would say half that size if you take the poles out. I put the CD in the pic for reference.
