We have a room in our home that we have successfully rented out short term in the past, and we like meeting new people.

$150 per week. The room has internet and cable, and a bed and a dresser…

The room would be officially called “mid-sized”, and the closet has decent space, but it has what has been called “funky geometry” (you have to see it to understand)
<br>

This house has good energy, and is a comfortable space. Standard stuff, Washer/Dryer, Garbage disposal, but it has some extra nice things as well. The water heater is a whole house instant electric, so as long as we don't overtax it's ability to make hot water, we can NEVER run out of hot water for showers (and we have great water pressure). There is a nice fireplace in the living room, and a hot tub on the front porch. There is also an exercise room with a commercial treadmill (with a TV in front of it), and a commercial ab machine. There are some great pieces of antique furniture in the house, so it makes for a nice place. This is NOT an apartment looking place.

To drive home the uniqiueness of the house we also have a climbing wall, clearly we are artistic housemates.
<br>
<br>
As for me, just so that you can get a sense of me as a person, I’m very easy to get along with, and I’m good with other peoples boundaries. I have this tendancy to do open relationships although right now, I am mostly single. My work/hobbies include lighting for big rock bands (I recently finished a tour with Ted Nugent), remodeling properties that I own, doing computer software, I go to board game parties every once in a while, and I've hosted a few. I like bonfires that are way too big, I am a member of the National Space Society, and a lot of other random diverse things.

Jessica is getting a degree in the medical field and has a pet snake. She is in the coolest room in the house. It's one that gives rooms at the palace of Versaille a run for it's money. She has a part time job working for the Kent Coroner driving dead people around - how cool is that.

Naara does beadwork, washes windows on skyscrapers for a living, and cooks like a crazy person.

The first floor has formal living room, dining room, laundry room, half bath, and sunny kitchen with eating area just off a very comfortable family room. The master bedroom comes with a queen size bed and private bath. Another bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with a third bedroom that has a twin trundle. This room also serves as an office with computer station. There is wireless access as well.

With all the natural light and the colorful, quality furnishings, our home is very cheery and welcoming. We pride ourselves in offering a clean and comfortable home.

The backyard, which has southern exposure to enjoy all the day's sun, is nicely landscaped, fully fenced, and comes with a patio with table, umbrella, six chairs and a bar-b-que.

All you need to come with is your clothes and a toothbrush. All household necessities are here for you to use.
<br>
We have rented our home out for many summers to couples and families coming from all over the globe and have found the arrangement to work very successfully. We are asking $80 a day (includes utilities)for a couple, with adjustments for more guests.Children are welcome.

I own a house in Green Lake and I'm looking to fill the other bedroom as my roommate is leaving to travel the world. The room for rent is the master bedroom. The room is rather large (10'x11') with a walk in closet. The rent is $600 per month not including utilities (which are about $60 per month). It also doesn't include cable and internet which is about $50 per month. So, the total would be ~$710 per month. My girlfriend is planning to move in so the room will only be available until the end of June. I'm also asking for a $500 refundable deposit along with last month's rent of $600. So to move in you'll need a total $1,100 deposit and the first month's rent.

There are two separate units in the house. Upstairs where we'd live is a 1,000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath. Downstairs there is a separate apartment with a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit where two students live. They're super nice, but the units are pretty separate. Anyway, the upstairs has a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and great storage. It's a 1907 house but it's been completely remodeled.
