Our lease goes through to february 2011, after that if you should choose to renew your lease because you love the apartment, you can. You just have to take over our contract until then. <br> <br> The apartment in question is located at the Parkwood Apartments in Mill Creek. The unit in question is a ground floor unit on the corner of the property with lots of privacy and no building next door with neighbors looking at you. It's a 2 bed, 2bath unit with a woodburning fireplace. It has hardwood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The community offers a seasonal outdoor pool and spa and also a year round indoor pool and spa. It also has an indoor basketball court and workout room. <br> <br> The location couldn't be better, walking trails, parks and nature preserves all within blocks of your front door. And did I mention the Mill Creek Town Center, it's loaded with all different types of shops and businesses, Central Market Grocery, Bookstore, Lots of Different Restaurants, Get a massage or do Yoga, all just 1 block away. <br> <br> As stated the rent per month is $1209, this includes a detached 1 car garage that is an additional $125 per month, but if you choose you do not want the garage then you can forfeit it. I have a fully furnished one-bedroom apartment (no roommates) at a great location in Eastlake (Yale and Lynn) with easy bus access to downtown and UW and I'm getting ready to take off for a few weeks. I'll be around tomorrow evening and you could move in on Sunday the 5th, or I'll also be back in down on Monday the 13th and could give the key to you then. Ideally I'd like it back by September 27th, but I could probably stay at a friend's until the end of the month. I pay $800/month and you would just pay for whatever portion of September you stay and I'd cover the utilities. Also, the landlord has said this is fine, but you'd have to be on the lease for the month - nothing to worry about, he's a great guy, just covering himself in case something goes wrong (and it's better than doing it on the sly and worrying about running into the landlord and getting kicked out). Anyway, it's a great one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of an old house in Eastlake, plenty of windows, a little grill, full-sized bed, down comforter, couch, TV/DVD (no cable), desk, bistro table, microwave, kitchen things, etc. I'm 30 year old guy, don't have any cheesy decorations, and the place is well-cared for. No pets, no smoking (ok outside), the landlord would want to run a credit check, and there would be a fully refundable $300 deposit.
