Newer tires with lots of tread. Very reliable and one of the safest cars on the road! I drive this car about 600 to 1000 miles per week so mostly highway. Gets 20 to 25 miles per gallon! Would like to trade even up for a 1998,1999,2000 Isuzu Rodeo 4x4 or 1996-99 4Runner SR5 The Volvo AWD works great but i just need something with a little more ground clearance and I think a Rodeo would be perfect! The lady that I bought it from rear ended a pickup truck and cracked up the front plastics and knocked out the headlight and blinker cover.(everything is still there and in working order, just a little beat up) Still runs like a champ! I literally ride this thing everyday....3 miles one way and same back with no problems. I did a full synthetic oil change at break in. Always run premium and some octane booster. Great mileage! and yes I can gurantee that this bike IS IN FACT STREET LEGAL.
