<![CDATA[Here's what I'm doing and what I have. I'm scanning photos, magazines etc, and then putting them through a Paint by Numbers software. The problem is, that when I blow them up the lines get pixellated/jagged. According to what I can find, I need to convert the Paint by numbers images to Vector images as opposed to Raster images. Then they will scale up smoothly. Also I need to simplify the color range, (RGB?). What I'm thinking is that I need a VGA image, not an SVGA image? I have Photoshop CS2, and a Pentium 3. What do I need to buy (software?)(inkscape?) or can you do this for me cheap? or teach me how to do it? This is a no budget operation, so upgrading the desktop would not be my first choice. We had started seeing a dentist and with out notice his company shut there doors.He has gotten another job but the company he is working for does NOT offer any type of medical or dental.My teeth are so bad that anything I eat sends pain up my body.Im am in the need of quite a few fillings.Especially in my front teeth as I can actually feel the cavity holes getting bigger.Then you have my 11year old daughter.She is a wonderful kid great grades but depressed and has very bad self esteem.
