We currently have a security system we can bring into the new house and have installed for free. (We're on contract). We don't have much for rent for each month (nothing over $500 and even that's steep for us right now), however, we do have a brand new $1k washer (high efficiency) that we just bought a couple months ago for our house we are in now, that we can bring with us. We also have a few other things that we can use to fix up your small house. I don't mind repainting either. We are looking for two bedrooms, however if it's large enough where we can use a living room for a second bedroom (for the kids) then we have no problem. We've been living with in laws and are desperate to get out on our own. We were living in Illinois when our house was destroyed by fire, having no insurance we were forced to move in with family and though we so appreciate all they've done for us, it's just too crowded and we desperately need a place of our own. Our 8 year old son misses having his own bedroom as do mom and dad! My husband works full time and I part time. Our daughter who is 23 stays with us also and she also has a full time job. We need something in the area of 600.00 a month. Only problem is, as we can come up with the first months rent no problem we would love to be able to pay extra every month to pay the deposit. With Christmas around the corner and everything else so expensive it's hard to come up with that much money right now.
