The Account Representative uses variety of tools to include the Internet, electronic directory assistance, location service, databases and etc. to verify consumer demographics and actively work the collection and management of refunds. Individual must build rapport with the claimant by contact either through mail, email, fax, or over the telephone and present information in a professional and accurate manner.
