<![CDATA[I Have a unique home that has a separate back yard entry to house lower level that I have rented out for the past 13 years to 4 different people. It is now available again for November 1st. It has kitchen with dishwasher,stove, & a refrigerator provided, laundry room with washer dryer provided, bathroom w shower and vanity, large living area with fireplace & window, and a smaller room with no windows that some use as a bedroom. It is all carpeted with drop ceiling and hvac served. the Kitchen has windows that look out at grade/yard level. Kitchen also has some ceramic tile in sink area. There is parking in the driveway in the front of the house and then you walk around to the back yard entry through a gate. My part of house is not shared with the lower level in anyway. the utilities are all included except phone. cable is included. electric heat in basement controlled by user. the large backyard is for my dog. a black lab --90lb protective but could be friendly with right person. this is not negotiable, one would have to like dogs and get along with this dog as he is out every day in yard and in my part of house. I am very particular and am looking for one person to rent and pay on time that has good credit,& no criminal history, of course!, who is not home much, is not a slob or a slacker, does not have overnight guests nightly, and that is willing to live in a lower level area. the lower level is dry but on occassion if gutters are clogged the water has seeped in at back entry. this is easily cleaned up with a shop vac or a towel. The fireplace is very nice, the appliances are like new, the bathroom is smaller but has a shower and vanity. I am not looking for any noise, trouble, or involvement with anyone.. just income for space I never used for myself. If you want pictures of area, email your info and questions.
